Hey guys I got this question my 2009 Rabbit has a different spare tire it faces upwards, so I want to cut out the mount and make it possible to mount my spare tire upside down like this one any idea's of what's under the mounting part, it's this big round thing if I cut it out is there any fuel pump or anything else under that
