I’ve watched this at least 40 times in the last few months and still not tired of it. My favorite part is at when she goes full on rakista with the growl from 4:00 until 4:30 when she does a super quick transition from her rock style chest voice to her normal singing voice…not easy to do (I tried and totally failed, lol 😂)…but she did it effortlessly. Wow! She’s just too good at this rock genre! Best cover of Lost Stars, hands down!

I remember my brother who passed away last Feb 2015. Eto yung song na paulit-ulit na tinutugtog sa wake niya. His son chose the song. The day he died, is same day na birthday ng father namin...so it was difficult for us to deliver the sad news to our parents. He worked as an architect in UAE, we waited for 2 weeks before his remains were brought back here. Very clear pa sa memory ko the day na dumating siya, i held his hand and hugged him so tight. 😭 He would have been 53 on October 21. Advance happy happy birthday my brother! We miss you so much! ❤️

Now, almost 2 years ka ng wala coz you're already with our creator. Never knew that heartbreaks can also come from friendships just because someone's life has ended unexpectedly. But, on a brighter side you're no longer a Lost Star now, unlike me. Safe rides there in heaven, Rap. Till we meet again in Skyline and Sagada there. 😔❤️
