Struggling with procrastination and focus, i feel like im stuck in this loop of making goals and then disappointing myself. Im scared i will never be able to use my full potential. Taking action amd being consistent is super hard if you are not habitual to it, even though i have been failing for 2 years i might as well keep trying, i remember reading somewhere If you do what you always do you will get what you always get

-F ed up the whole day and kaam bare minimum bhi nahi hua
Will read for last paper which is tomorrow and Start the journey of 4th sem after paper is completed
Took some time of for myself today...

Yeh toh bahut kam productivity hai, mai jaanta hu mai aur zyada productive ho sakta hu, par stress bahut hai, ki "chapters khatam karna hai jaakar aur cheeze karni hai", anxiety- "Exam me 90 aayege ki nahi?", "kaise hoga sabkuch" Kaise likh paunga paper, aur padhai nahi ho pati due distractions and procrastination,toh dar sa baith jata hai. Overthink karne lag jata hai dimaag, aur aajkal itna over think kar rha hai ki bina kisi distraction ke bhi alag hi duniya me chale jaata hu, aur frustration bhi bahut zyada aata hai. How to overcome these problems, I dont know, I am just tired to even use my brain and due to alot of frustration negativity bhi aati hai aur fir I give up for some moment jisse padhai me productivity kam hai
How to handle these I dont know, mostly yeh exam ke pressure aur overthinking ka karan hi hai so inko khatam karne ka solution chahiye.
Saari cheeze khatam ho jaye toh mai din me bade chapters bhi khatam kardu woh bhi full concentration ke saath. Aur btw time nahi hai mere paas attack mode bhi khareedne ki jo mai boards ke baad le paunga aur ache se samjhunga us course ko
