Aaj i had my gym workout for 1 and half hours. 30 minutes cardio(treadmill) i feel energized despite being overweight. Solved 17 MCQS out of which 13 were correct. Did audio journaling again. Pro tip : do 12 hours fasting a day. Eat every day at 12 and evening 6 and don't eat after that. And eat high fiber and high protein food, I personally can't afford alot of supplements stuff so I buy quinoa flour it's high in protein which high fiber and all essential amino is present in it and it tastes good. 20 chapatis a day = 80g of protein a day.

Also it was such a nightmare using the notion app. I wasted the previous day trying to setup and got fed up and left. Today I shifted to my regular notes app. It is easier but was very tedious to setup because I have to manually create tables, adding headings and bolding text ( adding # or * manually).

Pro tip : do 12 hours fasting a day. Eat every day at 12 and evening 6 and don't eat after that. And eat high fiber and high protein food, I personally can't afford alot of supplements stuff so I buy quinoa flour it's high in protein which high fiber and all essential amino is present in it and it tastes good. 20 chapatis a day = 80g of protein a day.

Also it was such a nightmare using the notion app. I wasted the previous day trying to setup and got fed up and left. Today I shifted to my regular notes app. It is easier but was very tedious to setup because I have to manually create tables, adding headings and bolding text ( adding # or * manually).
