Why on earth are you skating a drill bit around the PCB to remove the resist? A sharp knife, preferably with a curved edge, provides much finer control.
I tried doing the same thing a while back, the problem was that if its connected with only VBUS and Ground the default power will be 5V at 1Amp thats 5 watts nothing more. if the unit needs 2amps at 5volts it will take a while to charge it compared to charging it with micro usb.

Yes I can do that But it can only charge, and it's really hard to connect data connections, it can only be used for charging. I plan to make a video in the future on the PlayStation 4 handle on the Xbox handle.👍

Hello.If you're confident, you can do it, but the PCB setup should be thoroughly investigated. The inputs of the electricity must be determined. It's for charging ok, but the data transmission business is a bit of a mess.
@@MrSatech That's why you can't use a cable with USB-C on both ends. The current sink (power bank) does not tell the current source (USB charger) to make power available. This is done by two 5k1 pull-down resistors on the power bank side, connected to pins CC1 and CC2. This is an important feature of USB-C. Omitting it results in it only working with cables with USB-A on one end and USB-C on the other. But we all know that double-sided USB-C/USB-C cables are the future.

At 4:10 right after you solder the usb c adapter to the board the camera jumps and suddenly there's a small bit of red wire your soldering on that wasn't there before. What's it for? Im researching how to do this swap so I may possibly to it to both of my daughters Galaxy Tab A tablets. The Micro USB plugs are just not strong enough to handle the riggors imposed by small children. USB c, however, I feel would hold up alot better. The minus tip is already connected to the motherboard. In other words, when the body is connected to the main board, it is connected to the negative terminal. However, this is not always the case. This was the case with the motherboards I used.

This is not going to work with USB C power supply. You don't have a resistor for cc pin.

But you didnt connect the negative point to the USB c.
The minus tip is already connected to the motherboard.
In other words, when the body is connected to the main board, it is connected to the negative terminal. However, this is not always the case. This was the case with the motherboards I used.

Их 2 вида.1 ый 4х пиновый,там два плюса и два минуса.2 ой 24х пиновый,в нем юсб2, юсб3,согласование,питание и доп.канал
Достаточно одного + и - припаять? Минусы это 1я и 6я ножки?
Чтобы что-то зарядить, нужно просто подключить минусы и плюсы. Если внимательно изучить показанное видео, вы добьетесь результата.
