Sorry Not Have Enough Penny to Spend Upon But will soon try to buy if I somehow won this giveaway to work Day Night on projects for Commercials 🙏 Thanks for askin'
I’ve used the ak2000 at 4 weddings this summer with my a6300 and it has worked beautifully! The battery life is what impressed me most- I got through 2 FULL DAY weddings without having to charge the batteries! Whoever wins the giveaway, you’re getting a super solid gimbal! Great review, Dunna!
I've had the opposite experience, i had tried both gimbals and had to return them. constantly got micro jitters with them. the ak4000 was defective when i got it, which doesn't make for a reliable product. went with the Moza Air2 instead and very glad i switched to that. also their focus system is so weak and slow that it was pointless to use, it made a lot of noise. the tripod mount with the battery cover was hell when i couldn't get the tripod off without that unscrewing on me constantly. it had a lot of features that would have been great to have, it just made it 80% of the way there and failed.
I like that you can physically move gimbal to set points makes it very easy to use. Also being able to control ISO and white balance from the gimbal screen!
Wooooo!! This gimbal is beast, the touch screen and that time lapse functionality is a game changer! Definitely looking forward to getting my hands on this bad boy.
I really liked the fact that is has that touch screen to control more things. Seems like its has more functionality than the dji ronin sc. How do you think it compares to that one? I think they are the same price for the ronin sc.
Unfortunately I haven’t had the chance to play with the robin sc yet so I can’t say fully but I can say that the price of the ak2000 went down a bit after the sc came out lol.
I think the best feature is the motor tilted down, and of course the touch screen. I would like to kwnow if it can be connected to an app like the Moza.
I tried the AK1000 once, but wasn't happy with it. But it seems like these have those issues fixed. I really like that these have the manfrotto plates.
I dont know if it can be considered a feature, but i love the form factor of the "arm" of the gimbal, that lets me see the camera screen...i also love the panel where i can see the functions the gimbal is on
I love how fast and easy setting up these gimbals can be, that's why I've been wanting to have one cause what I use now is my Glidecam HD4000 for my Canon DSLR. And those additional features that are game changer coming from a glidecam like me.
@@dunnadidit yeah! practice makes you good at it. I love my glidecam hd4000 but I really want to have a gimbal because there's a different style and feeling you get once you used it.
I do photography for a manufacturer of Emergency Vehicles, I've been trying to get into film as well but I noticed quickly without a gimbal footage looks horrible for cinematic stuff, would love this.
Touchscreen is awesome, but really just a gimbal in itself is an incredible piece of kit. Seeing a gimbal stabilise a camera never gets old, it's super satisfying haha. Would love it for some upcoming food shoots I'm doing to get those super clean cinematic shots. Great video as always Dunna!
I love how these gimbals are small but could put up a substantial amount of weight ! not to mention a fraction of the cost compared to their competitors - dji/moza. Definitely will up my video quality if I were to have one ! yet another awesome video man , keep it up !
Thanks for the rad review!! I really enjoyed the fact that it has a touch screen - that definitely has to speed up your workflow when you're on location🙌
Thank you for making these giveaways, I really appreciate it. The aspect of putting the gimbals in smaller parts is really important for me and a thing i really like about the gimbal, so let's hope I'll get the chance of using one!
I really dig the touch screen. It seems like it makes it super easy to use and get to the settings you need without hinderance. Also that extended handle and the angled frame for screen is sick.
For me the best feature would be setting the gimbal for motion timelapse without using the app. That's insane. I love the manual positioning of start & end position it should end. Very nice review. Thank you. Probably the best gimbal for 2019 if not dji ronin sc.
OMG! The ak2000 my friend was talking about 😍. I so love that touchscreen feature and the max weight payload of both gimbals. But for budget, ak2000 FTW ❤.
Hi Dunna, I really like what you offer on your channel - please keep sharing! My favorite option the gimbal offers is the touch screen. From your review, it seems it’s a great addition to an already awesome gimbal. 🤗
I currently bought the Ronin-S and one of the biggest downfalls for me is not only the weight but that it's really hard to balance a a6300 on it. So i like that this gimbal is lighter. & though i like Ronin app, i don't want to take out my phone for every change, so the touchscreen is definitely a +. Also, can you get a shot similar to infinite spin with the wheel?
@@dunnadidit If so, it seems like a more precise way of doing it! Thanks for the reply! I watch your videos because of the fact that you shoot with the a6500 and your reviews seem to be spot on every time. keep up the great work!
Never won a single giveaway but this giveaway is on another level! Always wanted a gimbal but never came around to buy one since they're quite expensive and there's a lot of options. The touchscreen makes this gimbal very attractive. Also the video is very informative and the work put on to this video is a LOT, so thanks for sharing a great review!
My fave features: DEFINITELY THE TOUCH SCREEN. Customizing settings on an app sometimes get hard when your phone is being dumb haha so being able to do a time-lapse straight from the gimbal itself is a great feature. A follow up feature I loved is the focus wheel and using it to be able to control the tilts and such for the camera. I did not see that one coming haha and I absolutely love it!

I would have to say the touchscreen! When your on the go, getting creamy B-roll and or action shots every second counts. This is much better then pulling out your phone everytime. :)
Dunna Did It your reviews are amazing, your channel should have at least 500k followers, i wanna see video tests between the dji ronin s and Feiyutech ak4000
I love the touch screen on this, o can see it being far easier to control what my camera does without getting in the way of anything else! Great review! Keep up the good work!!
After i bou my a7iii the ibis in the body was good but not what I thought it will be. This ak2000 will definitely gives to my videos the professional and steady look that I’m looking for. Yes!!! I’ll love to win this gimbal
These Feiyutech AK200 & AK4000 are dang cool. Right from the start of the video untill the end my mouth keeps saying WOW, i just can't stop! I'm so inloved with these gimbals! I pray that these days, there's an email to be sent to me, saying that i won this giveaway. All thanks to you Dunna! and Feiyutech! God is moving, he is making a way. I'm so happy to be blessed beyond blessed! Waiting for the results!
The vibrating thing scared me to death! Mine was really bad. Turns out the motor settings are set to the absolute minimum by default. If you up the strength in the menu it gets rid of any vibrations. But you’d think, given the ak4000 is built for bigger cameras, they’d set the motors to full by default
Ah yes, this is a bit different than the vibrating I was referring to but I did run into that as well since I also use fairly light camera setups. Even sometimes on the auto setting it didn't quite nail it and I had to choose a different setting.
Fingers crossed🤞 Favourite Feature - Touchscreen display and don't need to use of mobile app too much. Most of the functions are inbuilt & that's pretty cool !
@@dunnadidit Maybe you could make an update on the smoothness of the movement? Generally MOZA gimbals movement when motion timelapsing is smooth, Zhiyun's movement is atrocious, very jagged & requires post stabilasiation. But not many UA-camr's reviewing gimbal products touch on this topic.
I have the „old“ small A1000 used 4 about more then a year. But the payload and the motorpower ia now too low for my setup. The best feature of the AK4000 you do not mention in my opinion is the possibility to attach a two-hand grip / ring by using the one-hand grip with all functions. I believe I’ve seen someone do the corkscrew thing with it. And you can definitely do the underslung mode as well. You have to re center it after the flip but it definitely works.
The price haha. Has much of the features that the more expensive gimbals have, but at a reduced price. Locking axis is something I would look forward to.
I also prefer when my smoothies are smooth. It’s the worst when the fruit is chunky and it gets stuck at the end of the straw and you can’t get any more smoothie.

Please do a comparison between AK2000 AK4000 vs DJI Ronin SC , seems like motion tracking in DJI is far more accurate than Feiyutech
If I can get my hands on an SC I will! I don’t think the ak2000 or ak4000 have motion tracking. I could be wrong though.
Dunna Did It I think with the latest app update you can do the face tracking now ( sorry not motion tracking )
@@dunnadidit yup still cant do it :( I use the AK2000
I’m confused, I can’t find anything online suggesting that any feiyutech gimbal can do face tracking. I know the dji stuff can.

For sure touchscreen and the fact that you can do so much straight out of the gimbal itself!

What I love the most about the gimbal is the dial wheel. With enough practice, you can utilize it in your favor.
Its pretty cool that they let you change it for functions other than the follow focus.
Thanks for the video. Is it possible to control the zooming of the camera via the gimbal?
I believe there is a way for some cameras, you’ll have to check the manufacturer site to see
I'd love to try that touch screen. It wonder if it's easier to adjust or just turn off the gimbal and adjust the camera itself.
The ability to use features straight from that touchscreen is great. Especially that 2 point pan setup... Great for product shots/b-roll. Great video!
That lens ring controller is amazing, less chance of budging the camera when manually focusing!
I know gear isn't everything, but a gimbal like this would be life-changing! keep killing it Dunna!!
It can really help get certain shots for sure.
Been looking at this for a few days. The simple gimbal capability at this low of a price is very attractive!
Nice! Yeah its pretty great value for sure!
Setting up motionlaps by moving the gimbal and changing iso through the touch screen are my favorite features, intuitive and simple!

There is a FeiyuTech app you can use for extra features.
The differences are little, thank you so much.

The payload and extension on the larger model is mind blowing for the price.
The value is insane! (I feel like one of those car dealership commercials "I CAN'T BELIEVE THEY WOULD EVEN SELL IT THIS CHEAP! THEY'VE GONE MAD!")
The ability to shoot a time lapse without an app will save so much time! Love that!

You can 360 roll the camera... the unlocked full rotation of the motor allows a 360 or indefinite spin like the ronin s... but in the ak2000.
That touchscreen is so cool! I think the lock feature is brilliant, too.
I really want to try it out for my videos. Never used it but looking forward to have nice stablized clips through the gimble.
My favorite feature on this gimbal is the detachable body. It is really convenient to have when you are in a run and gun situations.
