What an amazing travel vlog! Your dad is an absolute gem. I could sense his excitement. His knowledge on John Wayne and westerns was unbelievable. Victoria, such a wonderful gift for the family and thank you so much for sharing these moments with us. ❤
My sweet Daddy passed away in January, he was in hospital a week and was supposed to be discharged the day he passed. It was so sudden, I had so many future plans with him, still dealing with the heartbreak. I am so happy you are getting to do these wonderful experiences with your Daddy, I know you can never take it for granted, I celebrate every blessing you have now, Victoria dear! Continue to enjoy it and may you all have many years together ❤❤

I'm so sorry to hear that :( I can't imagine the grief and the sadness you're dealing with. I never do and I never will, this year has already placed a lot into perspective for me and I'll continue making sure all my loved ones know just how much I adore them xx

I love the fact that your family takes the time to stroll to your breakfast destination so that you can really experience the terrain rather than merely drive by. I'm impressed that you really appreciated the beauty and majesty of this part of America rather than merely shop hop as most influencers do. Your excursion was awesome and your guide was so knowledgeable. Your so lucky to be able to spend this special trip with your dad and the rest of the family.

5:25 Looooove and think it’s so so cool how you guys did the sort of Google Earth vibes with showing us how far the one place is from the other….as always, such original and excellent content, love it!!!!!
For me, THIS is how my brain works with my Autism. I'm a visual thinker, so if someone says somewhere is 40miles away, 200miles away, this is how my brain pulls up the distance, so I can comprehend it. I loved that Alex did this, it is extremely visually comforting and soothing for those who panic about organisation and traveling. 🙂I was totally hooked on both vlogs, the whole family is amazing, and kudos for Alex battling the (let it go) about the camera breaking down, for me that would off totally sent me into breakdown mode. My OCD would not of been able to cope, so he has work hard with that, it may of still ate away at him like a drip of water making one of those holes through stone, its how it feels constantly reminding you that you are missing out on the shots you prefer, but for him to battle that is tremendous strength and courage.

The US terrain is so amazing from the Pacific ocean to the Great Lakes, Gulf of Mexico to the entire East coast. So many Americans today don’t or are unable to visit our incredible natural gifts. I moved from NYC to Vermont about a year and a half ago and the mountain areas from Upstate NY, Vermont, NewHampshire change dramatically with the seasons. Mass, RI and Maine are on the Atlantic side and are all totally different. The people are also wonderful. I went from a metro with 20 million to one with less than 5,000. I-still appreciate NY but am always happy to get back to Vermont. Can’t imagine a planet that could be more spectacular.
Nice that Victoria was able to share this experience with her family and her group on UA-cam. My son in law is from Bologna Italy and my daughter was really excited to share the wonders of Italy with me which made it really special.
These 2 vlogs have been so incredible to watch, so relaxing. Tbh I never thought it was somewhere I wanted to visit but oh no, not now. Thank you x

As a photographer, I really feel for Alex, my cameras have died on trips, once in Florence & once on the Matterhorn, I wish I handled it as well as Alex, I was like caged beast!

On the Matterhorn? Nooooooo! Gosh I know. We couldn’t believe it but just went into denial immediately so we wouldn’t be super upset about it. What I forgot to mention was that my Leica film camera also died on day 1!!!!!! So it wasn’t a good trip for cameras! Xx

Omg as a brit living in Salt lake and seeing this trip through your eyes, it was spectacular and moving! And your comment about living here with the mountain backdrop in slc is completely true, it made me fall in love with this place.
