Along with running his own company, Chris now helps other entrepreneurs start a 7-figure cleaning business through online courses and coaching.
We’ve heard Chris’ advice on how to start a cleaning business in past interviews. Now, you’ll see a day in the life of a millionaire business owner as we follow Chris through his day. Along the way, he shares valuable tips about how he plans his schedule, communicates with customers and employees, and ensures his team is efficient with their work. He’ll also share some insights into how he finds Airbnb cleaning jobs and why that’s his main focus for Queen Bee.
This information isn’t just valuable for people in the cleaning industry. The biggest takeaway from a day in the life of a successful entrepreneur is how they use their time effectively. Chris talks us through his morning routine and the small habits he’s developed that help him make the most of each day. These are from their clients. They require them to get multiples so they can cycle! ☺️

Hi,am in Kenya but willing to learn from you, very impressive
Thanks a lot Chris, really inspiring 🙏
Glad you found this inspiring. Thank you for taking the time to watch!
For the linens and bottles that need to refilled (shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, etc), who supplies the units with these items? I see you have a bunch of linens in the storage garage but with no labels pertaining to specific units just sizes. How do you know what linens go to which units?
Great questions! The answers are actually tackled on our course with Chris. Give it a visit if interested! 👉 hubs.li/Q01DjzD30
Thanks for sharing
It's always a pleasure to help. Is there anything in particular that stood out to you?
Does the lowest ticket price includes de bed linen change or just the full cleaning of the airbnb unit?
How does the linen inventory work? do you ask each Airbnb to keep the same linens or do you save multiple for each unit?
He mentioned asking the clients to get 3 of each so it can go into a cycle! ☺️

How about the cost of work como insurance for employees? Is that required? Thank you
Do you do your own laundry for the airbnbs or do you source it out?
chris seems like a really nice guy
Cris reminds me of my uncle… so humble.
Random question, where are the black aprons from?
He is so humble; you wouldn't know he's making this much when you meet him in person! 👊
The Santee Alley in LA
Another question: if you do laundry off site, do you let the wash n fold do it, or do you wash it there yourself?

How do you charge to clean houses
Hi! Everything sounds great, but there is a question - if you charge 350$/hour and you clean everyday or every other day, how much is Airbnb itself? It means Airbnb should costs 1000$/night, isn't it?
Airbnb pricing depends on the owners! ☺️
Fr lowkey capping
How much is the course?
Hello
I just start Airbnb cleaning and I am wondering do I need to buy bed sheets, pillows, etc if so where do I buy it please and thank you
The owner of the Airbnb needs to buy them, not you ❤
Love from India
Hey Chris, Are you still using Jobber as your CRM? or something else? thanks!
Cristobal, I am really impressed with your business and process, but there is one thing I don’t understand, how can you possibly charge such high per hour rates for cleaning? I am in the NY market and when I look at cleaning fees they never go higher than $100 on Airbnb. How can the Airbnb owner afford to pay you $250 or $350 an hour to come and clean every day? That seems very difficult when the majority of Airbnb properties go for less than that a night.
This is actually something i want to know for a long time
We only take on Airbnb customer who have houses as airbnbs, they charge up to $900 per night, they can easily afford the higher rates
Christopher would you say that Dallas TX is a saturated market for cleaning businesses?
Not at all! The demand keeps going up
It is now that Dallas just banned Airbnb’s the other day.
@@AB-fq4mr It was actually a couple weeks ago but yea
How can I get you to become my mentor? I owned a cleaning business in Minnesota

16:11 Entertaining vid! .. I’m still kinda lost tho lol. I’m watching while getting ready so maybe I missed something, but as a detailer I really just wanna know some type of price breakdown because I know how much airbnb charges a day and always seem those are hard customers, but I follow a lady on TikTok saying she does 10k a day, with offices, like 250 a office that she cleans in 30 mins.. like wtf and she changes up the time a lot.
I was confused on whether he was cleaning, or teaching courses or airbnb itself for the first half 😂 but I kind of get it now, but still all the extra vlogging, and gym and daughter drop off is cool lol but more so filler for me, I wanna kno how he doing 4k a day, somebody explain
Is a combination of airbnbs, and regular homes, we clean about 18 to 24 Houses per day

I worked for a company like this once. As a cleaner. I had to provide all my own cleaning supplies and the driving was awful. I was maybe getting paid $15 an hour with all the driving and supplies. Then Covid happened. Then it ended. And I was invited to do private homes. I get paid $45 an hour. They provide all their own cleaning supplies plus they clean their own rags. And the drive is 2 minutes. Plus I’m cleaning for families, not random stranger germs. Maybe this is a good business for him. But I prefer to do my own private home cleanings. I can choose my
Clients/homes. And get paid 3x as much.
I was driving 30-50 miles per day to pick up linens. And they didn’t always provide a washer and dryer. What a nightmare. So I was getting about $10-15 per hour. That’s like way below poverty level where I live.
Also I now never request jobs. I’m
Known on the whole island for my reputation. I turn down people. I’m in high demand. So no need for advertising nor business cards. People know I’m very good at what I do. So I choose my clients. They don’t choose me.
Thanks for sharing your story, and we're sorry to hear that your first job didn't work out for you. Kudos to your current career now; it looks like things are working out well for you! 😊
Question: the thumbnail on all these videos say how much they make. Is that gross or net?
Gross
Gross! ☺️
What CRM system do you use?
To learn more about it, please watch his other videos on our channel where he discussed his tools in detail! ☺️
Can anyone help me here? How do you find good helpers for my cleaning service?🙏
There are several ways to find good helpers for your cleaning service. It's important to thoroughly screen and interview potential candidates to ensure they have the necessary skills and experience for the job. :)

Thanks for the video. However, I could not figure out how to contact the Airbnb owner. Could you give me an idea of how to go about getttheir contact details. Much appreciated.
That's not something you could do that's why you want them to contact you first! ☺️
22-25$ an hour just to clean? That’s crazy, these other jobs could never
These people provide quality cleaning! ☺️
you act like 22-25 is some outrageous wage in todays economy. 22-25 is what 20 was a couple years ago. Of course this will vary state to state, but for the most part 22-25 really isn't crazy unless you're working some OT.
You really make up to $50+\hr
Cleaning is a hard job.
🔥
Good idea, money laundry
😂
He goes into the shower and wears the same clothes😂😂😂😂
Why $4120/day? How many airbnbs he cleaned for $350/h? Just 2? 😬
It's a combination of airbnbs and homes per day
We only showed 2 Airbnbs in this video but there were more cleaners in different areas. He definitely can't visit them all! ☺️
I am a host at your cost cleaning price who gives you the towels sheets ect the airb host or you??
They typically negotiate with the host and advise them on the necessary preparations before committing.
Chilaquiles yummy!!
Yes!! ☺️
I make 3879$ in 15 hours
Wow, that is great! Care to share what you've been doing?
hello I would like to work in this kind of company and I am in Africa 😢😥 could you offer me a job
🙏 Thanks
Why don't you start your own cleaning business in Africa? 👊
I mean not everyone can be a business owner..
You're absolutely right! Business isn't for everyone. Being an employee is okay too. Really depends on what you want in life! 👊
No offense but I’m interested in the guys business, not his work out routine.
None taken! He just wants to share with us how he goes about his day. 😊
Sad thing is this man will go bankrupt now that Airbnb’s are being banned.
Not necessarily, the Airbnb business is only 30% of my total revenue, the majority of my customers are residential customers
I thought he make 4,120.
Thats gross

Why don't you guys buy your supplies wholesale from a supplier? The same place the dollar store or Lowes buys from? It would be like buying paper supplies from Staples instead of Uline. Plus they deliver. 🦧 Respect and props to all you have achieved. I don't have a Multi-million dollar business. I have been a manager for one though and have been responsible for ordering from vendors. (Maybe it has to do with order size?)
