    I have a question, I love your tutorials, can 2dfx be applied to .dff weapons? And skins .dff?

      I want to think they can be applied to weapons. They can be applied to vehicles. They cannot be applied to skins the way you would want, because bones cannot have 2dfx. So the 2dfx would not be able to follow any joint movement. For that, if you are modding single player you would want to add the 2dfx to a GTA object, and then somehow attaching the object to the skin in-game with coding. If you are modding MTA then use something like P-Attach resource to attach the object to a bone of your choice. This is how people add working cigars and things of that nature to players hands
