So, I like you, have very thick hair. I have had it short since I was 16 when the Sassoon "pixie" cut came out. My neckline is uneven and I always shaved it in a V because of the one side grew up and the other down and my neck hairs always stood out and never laid flat. Now, at 73, my hair is salt and pepper and for the past 5+ years I have "frosted" it to give the drab blackish pepper some pizzazz. (I used to frost my hair for years in the 70's and 80's) Now with major cowlicks, I did a search about 3 weeks ago to try to tame them after a haircut, when I came across your "Pixie" Tutorial. I am sooooo glad I finally found some one else with short, thick, and highlighted hair who deals with the rapid thick growth of the short hairstyles. After watching your 2 latest videos, I am letting the neckline hair grow out so that I can razor it up with the other hair in the back in an "undercut". The top and crown hair is still growing out from my last "professional" haircut so the over growing hair is working its way into your style. I "frosted" my top last week and weekly am using the electric razor to trim the neckline in anticipation for the "new look" over the undercut!! Thanks for sharing.

You know I love your cut and my cut is (somewhat) the same. I keep messing up the top and bang area when I’m drying. I have a request. Can you do a video of how you blow dry but on real time? Or this video without the blow drying sped up? Thanks in advance if possible.
Oh yes, I'd be happy to do my next hair tutorial in real time without speeding up the blow drying😊 In my most recent hair tutorial and T3 demo, I did slow down the blow drying of the front section but that wasn't my typical styling so I'll be sure to do that for you next time😘 I know the bang area can be a little tricky!
It amazes me you don’t use brush to style and it looks amazing..I have an undercut Bob with longer sides..I love it but I struggle with blow drying ..I HAV3 similar side part longer on m6 left side
I really feel like the Catwalk Root Boost helps give that much needed lift at the roots. I've done one video using a brush while blow drying and it does take some coordination!! I think that's why I've tried hard to figure out a way to not have to use it😂😘
Another great tutorial. !!!! Just got my hair cut really short undercut but with piece..y effect on upper sides and top. Needed a little change. Still get new ideas from you as you style your look. A product I love that I use after drying hair is: J beverly hills POLISH. high gloss finishing wax order from Amazon. You might check it out. When able I plan on getting my haircut like yours. I have had a similar cut for years and years and I love it!! I like the undercut look on yours much better though. Any details that I can give them to get this cut as close to like yours as possible would be appreciated! I am disabled and this cut works the best for me as its easy to take care of and style. Yay!! You can do it!! A pixie is so much fun.....if it's your first time going this short, you may have your stylist leave the front longer. That helps it not seem so scary😘
So cute! Do you have any trouble with the wax building up in your hair? I’m getting a haircut/color Friday and keeping my fingers crossed the state doesn’t shut down again before then. Here in South Carolina we have become a hotspot again.
Thank you! About once a week or so, I'll use the Redken Clean Maniac Shampoo and that really gets my hair clean. Otherwise, I really don't feel too much of a waxy buildup....just have to be sure not to use too much!😘 I truly hope you are able to keep your hair appointment! Our state just shut down hair salons and a whole slew of things again.....
I am unable, due to a physical hand disability to manage holding and using a hair blow dryer....I always keep my hair short...kind of a wash and air dry style but my question is the root boost ....can you use it without using a blow dryer, to give your hair some lift?
What color is your hair? What do u use..love it.. I'm hoping when my stylist cuts my hair she can do it like yours....everytime I find a hair do I like nobody can cut it right ugh..
My natural color is the dark color and it's about a level 5 ash brown. My stylist uses a high volume lightener (30 - 40) to lift the color to about a level 10-11 cool blonde. I know, this is a more detailed cut and does take a good stylist....hopefully yours can do it!💕

I have asked so many times on all of your different videos what color is the dark on your hair and what color is the light it looks like silver White highlights and black hair underneath do you have to die both?

That is a tricky area....you could do more of a tapered/blended look in the back. Or, what I've had my stylist do is to use the razor on the overlay portion to thin it out a bit. This allows you to see the undercut and yet the overlay lays a little flatter. Hope that makes sense!😘

Wish mine were straight to wear like this. I can do/get the undercut but the top/longer part is not straight unless I get it chemically straightened at beauty shop.

You know I love your cut and my cut is (somewhat) the same. I keep messing up the top and bang area when I’m drying. I have a request. Can you do a video of how you blow dry but on real time? Or this video without the blow drying sped up? Thanks in advance if possible.
Oh yes, I'd be happy to do my next hair tutorial in real time without speeding up the blow drying😊 In my most recent hair tutorial and T3 demo, I did slow down the blow drying of the front section but that wasn't my typical styling so I'll be sure to do that for you next time😘 I know the bang area can be a little tricky!

It amazes me you don’t use brush to style and it looks amazing..I have an undercut Bob with longer sides..I love it but I struggle with blow drying ..I HAV3 similar side part longer on m6 left side
I really feel like the Catwalk Root Boost helps give that much needed lift at the roots. I've done one video using a brush while blow drying and it does take some coordination!! I think that's why I've tried hard to figure out a way to not have to use it😂😘

When able I plan on getting my haircut like yours. I have had a similar cut for years and years and I love it!! I like the undercut look on yours much better though. Any details that I can give them to get this cut as close to like yours as possible would be appreciated! I am disabled and this cut works the best for me as its easy to take care of and style. I just ordered some of the products you used in this video as well, but wasn't sure on the Argan Oil. Thank you!!

So cute! Do you have any trouble with the wax building up in your hair? I’m getting a haircut/color Friday and keeping my fingers crossed the state doesn’t shut down again before then. Here in South Carolina we have become a hotspot again.
Thank you! About once a week or so, I'll use the Redken Clean Maniac Shampoo and that really gets my hair clean. Otherwise, I really don't feel too much of a waxy buildup....just have to be sure not to use too much!😘 I truly hope you are able to keep your hair appointment! Our state just shut down hair salons and a whole slew of things again.....
I am unable, due to a physical hand disability to manage holding and using a hair blow dryer....I always keep my hair short...kind of a wash and air dry style but my question is the root boost ....can you use it without using a blow dryer, to give your hair some lift?
Yes, definitely! I think the root boost will still be effective even if you don’t blow dry your hair😊

What color is your hair? What do u use..love it.. I'm hoping when my stylist cuts my hair she can do it like yours....everytime I find a hair do I like nobody can cut it right ugh..
My natural color is the dark color and it's about a level 5 ash brown. My stylist uses a high volume lightener (30 - 40) to lift the color to about a level 10-11 cool blonde. I know, this is a more detailed cut and does take a good stylist....hopefully yours can do it!💕

She did undercut but not as high up....grrr I had a hairdresser that I really communicated well with for 10 years, since she quit to raise her family I have tried numerous hairdresser ..... lot of sweet ladies, but not really a match. Oh yes, my color! I'll link my last video with my stylist so you can see exactly how and what she uses. But basically the dark is my natural color (level 5) and the highlights are achieved with high volume bleach😘

That is a tricky area....you could do more of a tapered/blended look in the back. Or, what I've had my stylist do is to use the razor on the overlay portion to thin it out a bit. This allows you to see the undercut and yet the overlay lays a little flatter. Hope that makes sense!😘

Wish mine were straight to wear like this. I can do/get the undercut but the top/longer part is not straight unless I get it chemically straightened at beauty shop.
