• 250 ml/ 1 Cup Warm Water
• 3 tbsp. Olive Oil
• 1 tsp. Salt
• 1 tsp. Granulated Sugar
• 400g/ 3 Cups All-Purpose Flour
• 7g/ 2 ½ tsp. Dry Yeast

Hi Silvana! They will not be the same the next day. They will harden a little bit! It works but the texture won't be the same. I usually keep them in aluminum foil for next day! 😌 ✨

A nice recipe , delicious fresh homemade pita bread , so tasty and good cooked on the outdoor grill .
