@@granttaylor4762 Copper piping puts copper in everything you drink. That is why you get those blue residues in the bathtup building up if you are lax in cleaning.
Pretty sure this house is well built, they don't cheap out on materials in that price range.
Most houses don't have ramps, so I don't know what crack you are smoking.
@granttaylor4762 Let me say this again since you are apparently dim....most houses do not have ramps. The average house is 2 to 3 levels. There are stairs, not ramps. Try looking next time. If you need a ramp, a house is not an appropriate place for you to live.
Copper pipes do fail, and it does not take a thousand years. Copper oxidises and the salts leach away in a pipe, so it will develop leaks as the pipe corrodes and eventually fails. Copper is also a toxic heavy metal with prolonged exposure, so it is not ideal for a supply of drinking water.
I am just not seeing anything worth $19.9 million. In Vancouver? This ain't oceanfront on the Gulf of Mexico, yo!
