Mandeep this home has some great swag to it the builder created this home with no expense speared and it's worth every dollar that was put into it loved the camera angles and as always a great detailed tour by you Mandeep you already know your one of my favorites

Beautiful home. Very bad choice on using engineered hardwood. Solid white oak flooring would make this home so much better and richer feeling.

Engineered flooring instead of hardwood? Engineered flooring does not add value to a house because it is not permanent. Just another reason this house is not worth 5M.
It is also fake stone covering for the house. Look so fake. Can’t stand the neighborhood which seems like a junk yard lot, plus next to a road. Can’t understand who would spend that much money in a junk yard like neighborhood. The inside is cheap and tacky, not to mention the cheap garage door, for the price. It is a house for a foreigner who is easy to be cheated and would like to use this house to do money laundering.
For $5 million I expected a sink in the service pantry.

This is once again when I see that there is an additional rental suite in the home you are showing and I don't get it at all. Why the hell would you want to spend the additional money building extra rooms for rent? It seems to me that more money could be saved in buying a smaller house without that extra part of the house than in renting it out. Plus, living with a tenant behind the wall is a certain inconvenience

lol, because they have to dip the window frame in black paint. For the extra time and labour it takes, the windows cost alot more.

The master bedroom closet is very, very disappointing, very small for 2 people
When showcasing a luxury property you want to use high quality professional grade video equipment. This property deserves to be shown in the best possible light. Blurry videos are an absolute no no.
You go into someone's home and don't pull your shoes off and walk on there floors and rugs. How rude.

$5 M for a house 50 ft from a busy city street? $5 Million??? You've got to be kidding! What happened to the horseshoe driveway? You can't even turn your Bentley around without hitting something. The garage is literally HALF the front of the house! The landscaping is less than average, with no backyard pool, putting green, or stables. $5 million???? The interior of the house is fair, but the cinema room is tiny. From what I see, this house is worth $800 K max! But my problem is that this house has poor property value...for any price! Sorry, but it's WAY OVER-PRICED!
