Hi Dean, thanks for sharing so much useful info. I run a community repair bench and you are now my first call for power tool help. I've almost sorted an im360. Changed the electrovalve and the springs on the sides of the cylinder were broken, so swapped them. It now fires every time, but won't "pop back out" after firing, I have to press the nose back in to get it to release. Any idea what I've done wrong?
Hey Dean sorry bother you but I’m hoping you may be able to help with your wealth of knowledge. I’m a bit stuck with my main 360ci nail gun. When I press the nose down sometimes the paslode light at the top stays red and won’t fire and sometimes it does. But only when the nose is pressed down. I’ve tried checking all the wires gas line and cleaned the battery terminals but still does it every sort of 3 nails. I’ve tried new batteries as well which helped for a few shots but then same again. I assumed it’s something to do with wiring. Have you come across this problem? I’ve also tried the hold button down reset trick as well but nothing. Would really appreciate a bit of advice if you can.

Have installed the 2 steel pins for holding the chamber together

The reed strip inside the gun needs cleaned out.

Check the electrovalve that controls the amount of gas.
