wow I went and looked up that house with the dock 189,000. VERY NICE inside. there is also a trailer on the same site for 55K, the 2nd house across the street is a dump inside, walls missing, ceiling rough shape floor torn up exposed plumbing...nope

They are truly one of a kind good people. That Ellie is something else! She got me craving pickles all day long now. I'm subscribed to her channel and cant sitt to see mor of her shenanigans for sure!!! Yall need to visit the Gulf of Mexico, Florida and Alabama coast. So beautiful.

I grew up on the backside of bay there in Maryland. OK in the summer months but cold as whiz in the winter. We would get a lot of snow because of the water and really you can't use certain parts in the winter because of ice. I don't like how it don't cool off at night very much in the summer, it gets hot and stays hot.

sweet ellion really cracks me up laughing when he repeats so much of what yall say or what he says on his own. I have thoroughly enjoyed watching this beautiful boy growing up in leaps and bounds. John Lennon wrote and recorded a song called "beautiful boy" for his son. idk if either of you have ever heard it..but please when you get the chance..check out that song. it's one I think you will love as much as I do. I promise it will not let you down.

I don't think Chris could handle living on the island! You can only walk around the island till it feels too small! Your friend Elley and the Captain showed so much hospitality to you! I'm glad Chris paid and filled the cart with gas! You should have just picked the food up and not go get money from Elley to buy the cheese sticks! They were such great hosts!
the restaurant ONLY accepts cash... and all we had was our bank card. so we had no choice. i assure you, we paid her back the next day. some things just dont make it to the final cut. it's hard when you have no cash on an island that only takes cash lol

Wow guys I’m watching this video again and just shows how time flys by!! Smith Island will Always be a place to visit and maybe stay a month or so- Well now to visit and stay with Melonie!! I know she seems so Happy with Robert- I’m happy for her! But I’m sure in her perfect world she would want you 3 to stay and live there also! But to live there I understand that there just really isn’t a lot of job or money making opportunities there! Take Care guys!!

I'm so sorry to hear about your mom and brother. I hope that all is well now. Maybe the island life can resume later down the road. But I totally get family comes first. We moved where we are now for the same reason. My hubby is an only child and with that came the duty of caring for aging parents. His dad passed last October but his mom is still very active but needs help with things around the house. Thank you for taking us along on your island adventures. And I hope you guys find a good place to be close to hollies mom so you can be somewhere to help out as needed and that it is somewhere you can call home and that you enjoy being as well. Sending you guys light and love as always. Sending some extra that hollies mom and brother are okay and that things get better for them. Thank you to Ellie and captain Terry and Nathan for taking good care of you guys while you were there. It was great fun seeing your little island and all it has to offer. ☀️☀️☀️❤️❤️❤️
