WoW! Talk about genius at work. You can see this lady really knows her stuff.
Thank you so much for the demonstration! I am in OT school right now and learning about the anatomy and attachments of the scapula, this video was super helpful. You have such advanced talent and knowledge of the body. Just subscribed to your channel :)
Wow this video was awesome! Very informative. Your hands loom so strong. I have this exact pain currently. I have been self massaging and stretching but can't get a good release. I will probably schedule an appointment for a deep tissue massage. This video helped me to know what area specifically to address.
Excellent techniques.
Thanks for sharing.
I plan to incorporate some of these moves in my massage treatments.

Thank you so much. I just did these moves on a client who is a barber and was experiencing debilitating pain and we in a previous session had determined the levator scapula was a main factor in the pain. He is doing so much better now. Thanks again :)
That’s awesome!

amazing video, I love the description as to what you are doing. I find that my hands know what to do, as they have years of experience but I have lost the vocabulary to describe what I doing. Well done
That dancer move though :D
you're amazing. thank you !
Definitely love to see the techniques! Just fitting al of these into an hour massage is a bit challenging. I’d love to see you do a video on how you incorporate a full body massage with specific focus on upper body/lower body. Maybe you do and I haven’t see the video yet.
I would like to see the same!
Inform your clients that in order to address their specific areas of concern that means you'll need to spend less time on the rest of the body.
Ask them if they want to just focus on the upper half or lower half - depending on where their complaints are.
Most of mine still choose a full body with focus on 1-2 areas. It is challenging because sometimes they won't see the best results with so many focus areas and they only come in monthly or even less frequently.
Anyway, you can do a full body with focus areas. I would recommend to have your client pick 1-2 areas of focus (depending on complexity) and just Shorten the time allotted for the rest of the body parts. OR do a 90 minute massage 😁
Shorter version for each step or cut out a few steps mix n match for next session.
Thanks for your wonderful work!
Fabulous work, such fluid movements and great techniques, I'll be using some of your techniques, thank you for sharing. Lois Scheidegger - Alice Springs N:T Australia

Hey to clarify to get better release do you prefer the muscle to be shortening as you run through it opposed to lengthening? Thanks
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL
very good messaging, well done
I need this so bad. I was in a car accident were I hurted my shoulder/ neck area. This area that your are mentioning and ever since 3 years ago I am dying of pain in that area. I cant sleep or lift my arm in a constant movement. That muscle feels so tense. Agh..
I am training in holistic massage and I LOVE your videos! What kind of massage did you train in? You have such detailed knowledge I love it :)
I trained in neuromusclular therapy years ago but have never stopped learning along the way! Thanks for the like :)
Moc děkuji za hezkou ukázku 😃 takovou si přesně představuji masáž ale tady jí nikdo neumí. Nemáte nějakého učitela i v Česku.
Where can I get a massage like this?
Good vid! Thank you.
Just one minor thing, if you appreciate correctness. It's Levator Scapulae. Meaning lifter OF THE scapula in Latin :)
Is it still ok to massage the LS if it’s completely unhappy and possibly inflamed ?
Excellent
Like you smooth techniques
Thank you for sharing this. My LMT taught me about the Levator Scapula muscle and how mine was VERY tight. I require extremely deep tissue massage to feel anything. What is the best way to self-massage the levator scapula at home?
Yale Kim I’d love to know, too!
Do you do all this on one side then do the same on the other side? You don't do 1 technique on both sides then go to the next technique? Thank you!
Thanks a lo for the vedios
i really like your work. i lrean a lot from you. thanks!
I need this ..i'm in so much pain. It comes and goes. But I honestly feel because of my knots here, I have pain other places ik my body. I suffered whiplash and was never treated. I need help lol
Oh yeah, right there!!
Just watching you is making MY headache go away
Love it!
Grazie
Love this Particular site " Rebel Massage " Great techniques and she is very informative and technically sound. She's awesome in her own style.
I've had chronic pain in that area for 27 years since breaking my collarbone, and it's getting debilitating. I had my first massage last week and it did NOTHING. Is there anything I can suggest to them to help me? These headaches are killing me. 😞
CBD oil
I wish I could catch a flight where you are and come have a massage. I am so sore!!!!
could you do the scap lifting from a different angle? aprox 7.00 min mark.
Try working the scap from side lying :) ua-cam.com/video/kHq7yaCCWUk/v-deo.html
I love your vids, and this one in particular. I am always up for seeing new approaches to the neck. Is it necessary for the music to play throughout? It is a little distracting for me a little bit.
Where is ur practice located
Wow .
I guess you are using the dragon's mouth here for the head hold.
At 01:35, you said: "I am rotating her left to the left", but you are rotating it to the right. Am I missing something?
Haha... It looks confusing. I rotated her head to the left just a couple of seconds before I said I did. I was referring to that movement.
Whoa my
