    Physical fitness is so important. You don't need to focus on strength as much as you need to focus on mobility, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance.

    • @bringer-of-change
      @bringer-of-change 23 дні тому

      Don't FOGET about strength though. It can save your life too. Especially in hand to hand combat, or if you need it to get out of various kinds of jams. Don't really need to be a body builder though. As long as your ripped and your muscles are hard that's normally good enough. Generally I would think strength is most important for carrying heavy loads but endurance and cardio are just as important in that regard.

    The MAG (mutual assistance group) part is the problem. Most people I know aren’t into prepping. The few that are don’t live close by. I’m in rural south west Nova Scotia.

    It's hard to find a tactical training group or even start one. You find somebody that was in the marines in the 80's for 4 yrs and haven't done one thing since they got out and still think they know it all. So sadly, my daughter and I will be on our own.

      You should be making a "group" with friends who are kinda like minded. Hopefully go to the range and have a garden.

      @@louismerrick3296 I guess the nearest thing is find quick learners and at least own a gun, who aren't full-blown enemies, and will come to your aid. Cause if they are quick learners you can teach the basics real quick.

    Its getting hard to find a group that is trustworthy. Some groups are to militant. And some groups are not interested in the militant side. Some are too weak when it comes to wanting to learn and prep. I've become more focused on being prepared for myself.

    Glad to see ya again! Islam has almost killed me twice now ! Working for Utility and meth factory cartel here but since last message found out red card for fire chiefs a lifetime license nation wide for fire chiefs to manufacture red phosphorus 350 gallon tanks behind his Brett Ave home , I need a major exposure to get this government ran industrial scale meth factory operation ran by this islam two fire chiefs .
    What saved me
    I planned had one barb wire east west another north south and it worked , got into the woods before he could shoot me .
    X chief now leaving bones in my driveway so I’m lucky to be writing you brother
    It’s that bad here in northern Florida
    Last call to dea got three automatic weapons fired on three side of us for a half hour . Had sand bags in bedroom lining walls so I was on defensive. They didn’t shoot our place but this dea we found issued this red card for fire chief a license to manufacture this chemical used in meth .
    So that’s how methville Florida exist
    I need a shared video to expose this my channel is far too tiny and furthermore when I post a short on Solar I get this electric employee getting the cartel poisoning our air so chemical rated gas mask have also saved my family.
    So that’s our latest
    Great to see ya again

    Always find it curious how everybody as to grow their own food. A great deal of population lives literally in a city. A great deal of people live in the suburbs. And in most of those locations you couldn’t grow enough to feed your mother-in-law for a year. I concur with your other items but growing food for survival really only applies to rural. For growing in the city and the suburbs you damn well better have some freedom seeds because the neighborly varmints Are going to be after what little you produce
