Good advice doc! I had a lot of hair fall, around 100-150 strands per day, after Covid. I tried different hair care products like serums, oils, capsules, and gummies, but they didn't work. Then, I did some research and made some changes in my lifestyle that helped. Firstly, I started eating more foods with protein and cut down on white flour and sugar. Secondly, I did warm-up exercises to improve my blood flow. Lastly, I switched to natural hair products like shampoo, conditioner, and hair oil to stop hair fall. Once a week, I massage my hair with the oil for 5 minutes and wash it off in the morning. Sometimes I mix rosemary oil with the hair oil to make it stronger and better for hair growth. Now, I only lose 10-15 strands of hair per day, which is normal. If you or someone you know is facing excessive hair fall, I suggest trying these tips as they might help.

sir i had hair fall 8 monthes before. 4 or 5 five hairs when i touched my hairs then i went to a doctor he prescribed me fainstride and minoxidil. after using minoxidil my hair falling has been increased i thought it might be stop but now after 10 months i have hair shedding my doctor says keep using minoxidil.
but sir when i wash my hairs approximately 50 of my hairs are falling or when i apply minoxidil 10 to 12 of my hairs are falling but there's no any baldness sign what should i do is it normal this hair falling or not
It's normal to see hair fall when you're have started using minoxidil. After some weeks it'll completely stop.
