5. PC817 OPTOCOUPLER - 2
6. IN4148 ZENER DIODE - 10
7. 100UF/25V CAPACITOR - 2
8. 10UF/25V CAPACITOR
9. 100K POTENTIOMETER - 2
10. 1 KILO RESISTOR - 4
11. 330 OHM RESISTOR - 12
12. 5MM RED LED - 30
13. 5MM BLUE LED - 30

The pinout for the PC817 shows Anode, Cathode, emitter and collector. Which pins go to +Ve and Base of the 547. Edit: After rebuilding this circuit, I can't get it to work. A schematic or proper diagram would be nice, thanks
