You should be able to get away with 3500 lumens in darker rooms if you have a contrast ratio of at least 8,000:1. But it will also depend how far you have to throw it. Best to test it out in a practical setting first.

Here's a tip, when your doing a show, get black or white tape and put it over the LCD (If its not touch screen), so your not able to see it glowing. Good to see that you have the wires going off to back, so a point for that. I know its hard because the LCD is always on the other side of the connectors but as I said, just get some tape and put it over it

So easy! 😁 Simply make any color text you want on a black background. The trick is a powerful projector. 8,000;1 contrast ratio or HIGHER. This will help to eliminate the box. There are so many things you can do if you use a projector. Do you use one now?

@@ADRIANOZURC There are a few ways to help eliminate or at least make it less noticeable. What type of projector are you using? Does it have a contrast ratio of 4000;1 or greater? Have you adjusted the contrast ration? Wall color is a consideration as well. Then you can also hide it a bit with uplights on the left and right. :)

Not sure what speakers you were using (I assume SRX's), but we had a tweeter come loose in our PRX's and it rattled with the bass. They are threaded onto the back of the horn. It sounded almost like a blown woofer, but not quite. All we had to do was remove the amp from the back, unhook wires, unscrew the tweeter, add a little ptfe/pipe tape from a hardware store and thread it back together. Simple fix. What's going on with the Ape lights? Kind of glad I did not purchase them yet. Not cheap toys to have issues with so quickly.

Hey dj baar , i had an event at a restaurant for woman’s day and I had to play pop music and commercial stuff . I find it really hard to play for hours I really don’t know how you do it. I prefer the festival music and playing at parties for teens cuz they enjoy hat type of music. Any tips? Thanks
I have a question. I’m new at coordinating events, and I have been talking to some DJs, and none of them except for one has told me that I have to provide them a table to set up, I have to dress their DJ stand, or I will be charged for them dressing their DJ stand. is that typical for DJs to charge the customer or require the customer to dress the DJ stand? I thought that was the DJs job.

How are you controlling the 2 ADJ Focus Spot 3Z moving lights? Is it via the ADJ Airstream DMX? If yes, are both lights on the same DMX channel setting? Do you run them on the ADJ Airstream DMX via Sound Active mode?

As you know, the variety of latino music is endless. My question is, How do you organize your music. By genre, Bpm, or do you just put all the similar songs in one folder? For example, Cumbias....Well there isn't just one type of cumbias. You got Sonidero, Texanas, ElectroCumbias, Fast Cumbias, slower cumbias....list goes on and on.....How would you organize that category?

Sometimes cash when contract is setup or via Zelle App or thru Paypal (usually they send money to your cell number, if it's associated with your account.
Cash is cool for smaller gigs but you want your contract or agreement to have a receipt ... digital or paper.

When you use your totems, do you bolt the lights down or just set them up there? Just got my first totems and trying to decide if I need to mount the lights down or not.
Hey dj Bar, iv seen a lot of djs recently going for line arrays setups with subs. Iv seen the 2x(2 line array jbl vrx with 1 sub) on each side of the facad. I also saw the 2x (2 line array rcf hdl-6A with 1 sub). The arrays were mounted on the subs. Is it better than the traditional way? Thanks
