Oh thank you, I needed this; a full (with commercials) CBS over the air recorded TPIR episode from the best era of the show. In decent quality and one that I haven't seen yet.
I remember this episode. I have it on a tape somewhere. But I've seen it a lot because Betty and Yancy were two of my favorite contestants. I also got a kick out of the lady who was in the audience with the sunglasses behind Betty's podium. She reminded me of my aunt.
Chris Hadley sort of have a soft spot for WWL, although i'm from California, I have family across the bridge in the gulfport/beloxi area, so from time to time, i would get WWL channel 4, depending where i am.
Ahhhh! The Summer of '92 and what better way to get away from another grueling year from senior high school than to turn in to The Price is Right all summer long.
meyerj75 price is right is a sure cure for any blues it seems, had a bad day, just tune into a price is right episode, and watch those problems fly by!
And can I just say that Clock Game should be one of the easier games to play? Should go like this: $1000? Lower. $500? Higher. $750? Higher. $900? Higher. $950? Higher. $990? Higher. 95? Higher 96-97-98 Ding. Takes 8 seconds.
This is from the week of 6/29-7/3/92. This was also the week the CBS daytime Family Feud expanded to an hour and became Family Feud CHallenge for its final year on CBS daytime.
I'm going to order that Frankie Valli And The Four Seasons CD. Why listen to them on UA-cam playlist for free? When I can pay for them and pay for an old CD player where I can find one.
I hope Theresa & Yancey got together, married & had babies afterwards because they would have made a cute couple, and better yet, to meet on The Price Is Right!!😂
Ya and drew Carrey still sucks in 2020..... jesus he's the worst host I've ever seen by a long shot... so flat and boring. No carrisma at all. What were they thinking.
thanks for posting this is a rare PIR from the early '90s with the original commercials
Oh my lord!!! I love bob barker he has been my hero since I was 2 years old thank you so much!

Great to see WWL stuff on UA-cam, and all the New Orleans material you've been posting. Really enjoying it! Thanks for uploading all this stuff!

It's a Ten Chances miracle!
The guy who did the voiceovers for the Channel 4 promos STILL does the Channel 4 voiceovers.
wow poor rod he had so much trouble calling bob's name lol and then he laughed.
Original air date: January 6, 1992
Corey Law The Price is Right
makes more sense than Juky because all the commercials have a 1991 copyright date on them
Back then, there was no 4th of July special, so the final episode most likely aired in mid-June
Miss the 90's price is right.
me to.
Yeah no contest
Don't forget the 70's and 80's version of the TPIR

Funniest line to end the show "Bob Barker saying, goodbye everybody, and I mean it!" after getting rushed by the navy people.
Thanks for posting this. I forgot how gorgeous Holly was, until she got on that exercise bike.😍😍😍
Rod Roddy's voice cracked at 1:31-1:34
He sounds like Barney from _The Simpsons_ there.
Lol

+Zach Horan This is from 7/3/1992, all part of an aircheck from WWL New Orleans that day, including the noon news.
R.I.P Bob Barker 😢😢
Airdate: January 6, 1992
I would like to solve the puzzle: ALL IN GOOD FUN.
Not a good Clock Game playing. You shouldn't start the $1 countup until you have the price in a $10 bracket.
Exactly she started the $1 count up far too early, which cost her too many seconds
She was pretty bad☹️
Patrick Swayze & Reese Witherspoon made it to the Showcase. Yay!
The navy guy was cute , wonder what ever happened to him .
lol at 13:43, he would've won if it got raised by $2
Bob was in such danger at the end, he didn't have time to do the spayed or neutered line!
Betty: One cent
Me: Free!
Including the one bid prizes, The contestants won a grand total of $60,206.
A rarely-different music cue at Switcheroo which briefly aired in 1992
also Fingers Greco looking at camera at 42:40 :)
56:51 That's the year we're in: 2023.
Bob so so crazy!!!!!!! Lol
I wonder if Saradel still has the Buick Century Estate wagon?
Betty is hilarious lol

Alonso Rivera or Harvey could've hosted, what do you think?
