welcome back to my Chanel this time we looking into lenovo LT152pwD monitor base stand removal .and where to find a place for vesa stand to fit
TO detach base stand please follow the instruction as shown on video
be sure to turn off the power before you perform any maintenance on the monitor.Lay the monitor on the table, back side turn upward, After placing the monitor face down on a clean surface or soft cloth, relax the bottom screw. now need to pull the stand out of the monitor, now detaching the hinge cover is needed extra CAUTION, refer to the steps VERY CAREFULLY TO avoid damage on hing clip . thank you for watching

Is there no HDMI port on it?

Unfortunately it's don't have it hdmi but u can use converted cable hdmi to display port cable
