  • Here are some of my favorite prone dowel exercises that I do prior to and sometimes after my upper body workouts. These are a great addition into any program as they retract and depressed your scapula well you are moving your upper extremities.
    Grab a double from the nearest dumpster and get started with these!

    This guy’s flexibility is amazing. If I start today, and I’m alive 10 years from now, I might be this flexible.
    Also, huge typo in the description - it says “grab a double at the nearest dumpster “. Does no one proof read?
