SO yeah this is it, it really took me more than half a year to furnish the place, setup a good date to record, pray that it wasn't raining, and then edit it all together. Apartment tours are one of my fave things to watch on yt. I mean I get new ideas every single time I watch someone's tour, maybe it's a cool colour combo, or a tech gadget that i now want, always different things! So I hope my 2022 Vancouver Apartment tour does not disappoint, and maybe it'll give you some ideas!

Agreed, not what I'm seeing in the rental market. Something is missing here
Well he got it 8 months ago and the market has gone up a lot in the last couple of months especially during summer... So yeah maybe he was able to get that last year.
No patio
The rents are going down soon don’t worry. The city is great well organised but you must share a place with a friend or your other half in order to say that you are comfortable with everything. That’s the truth. Above all this the city has many opportunities for development in any activity you do. 200 years history is nothing compare to other places.

I’m looking for a share house in Vancouver but I can not find a good place 😂
In the future if I were to move to Vancouver (from the U.K, so not a local) would it be much more expensive to find a property like this or is it purely luck/good research and preparation?
it would be more expensive now, I would say, this would rent for $2800 or 3000, instead of $21000.
but it can be hard to secure it because lots of people are trying to move here currently ! :)

How do you deliver used furniture to the place? Is there a delivery service you use and how much does the service cost?
at this time I had a pick up truck :/ so I mainly just drove around.
otherwise people rent u hauls for a day or evo cars here :)
