That's wonderful news. Many, many, many congratulations to Alicja Matuszczyk on the new role, and of course, the performance of this piece of music. We always knew this lady had talent. Also many thanks to Akademia for showing us the talented youth of Poland. It's a privilege to be able to listen to such future talent. Talking about the Maestro. The great man must be firstly pleased with this news. But, more importantly. If as l call him 'The great mentor of Polish musicians' ever retires (heaven forbid). Is there a stadium big enough to hold the ball, which ALL of the musicians can honour him in. How many musicians have been guided by his 'White stick of unimaginable power' over the decades?. Now that's an event we would love to see. Greetings to the talented youth of Poland from Belfast, Northern Ireland. 🇬🇧🇵🇱🇬🇧🇵🇱🇵🇱
We owe a tremendous debt of gratitude to Poland for nurturing and developing some of the greatest musicians the world has ever been witness to. Never change your traditions and values. Please!!!!
Actually, this will be my second comment on youtube in 10 years but I must admit this performance is more than perfect. I spent almost one month in Poznan and she mixes Polish and Piazzola's emotions "dobrze bardzo"! Greetings from Turkey to Poland and the rest of the world...
I have watched this over and over again, and each time I find myself moved to tears. She plays so soulful, and I surrender to the feelings. She is the oboe.
I love how a piece from Argentina has come so far to be welcomed by so many around the world: I am in Australia listening to Alicja Matusczczyk, a wonderful young performer and the orchestra behind her in Poland, and it seems like we all understand the emotions of this piece. Peace to you all.

Aarmello Hi, this is not classical music, this is actually tango. Piazolla is one of the greatest tangos' composer from Argentina and it is usually played with a bandoneon
