Tiramisu is my favourite dessert as well! When my husband and I visited Italy, I made it a point to have Tiramisu as much as possible, to see if it's made differently depending on where we went (we visited Roma, Napoli, all the way down to Calabria and back). No matter where we went, I never had a bad tiramisu!
