    I love how heechul embraces himself and accept his flaws. He knows himself better than anyone else and he is not afraid to be seen as ignorant because he knows that he could just learn stuffs afterwards.
    I am very opposite of him that is why I truly admire him! More power heenim 😭💙

    I'm not embarrassed of ignorance. I can just learn. - Super Junior Heechul.
    This is why I stan him! Being ignorant is a human thing, we can't possibly know everything first place. But we should learn from our mistakes and correct ourselves afterwards.

      Exactly if he admited it means he still knows that are things to learn. "I know that i know nothing" said Socrates.

    I appreciate that korea is trying hard to break the misconceptions on mental health through mainstream media. The more people hear and see it, time and time again, the more mental health can be a normal subject that people can openly speak about.

    It's really important that they're also including legal information because some people might be coerced or persuaded to let judges and other law professionals to look into their psychological and medical history without really thinking about it.

    Unfortunately not all countries have good psychiatrists. I live in an Asian country and had an insomnia for a long time, noone prescribed such pills; only BAA’s which didn’t help. I had to go to China in order to get a real treatment and I was able to cure my problem within 1-2 months. I had to spend for about 15 months of sleepless nights in order to understand that good doctors will heal you but bad ones will kill you 🤬

    I know that during patient counselling, my teacher actually taught us not to tell patient that the drug is for depression, but we should rephrase as the drug is to allivate their mood. Because some patients may not want people to know that they get depression. Is like a taboo to talk about mental illness though it is more open now.

    • @anu83
      @anu83 Рік тому

      There are a lot of people that say that those drugs wont cure you. When I say that I take drugs for my depression and anxiety. Which is dumb....if there was a such drug. There wouldn´t be depressed people in this world.
      I always say, that yes. I do know that, it will take time. Those drugs are used for my symptoms that I get. And I will go to a therapist to talk about my life and where it all started etc. I know I wont ever get 100% depression free. But I never expect of that.... I know I will take drugs for the rest of my life, but the dosage will change.

    I don’t think downplaying concerns about addiction is very responsible. You should absolutely ask your doctor what the side affects are and the chances of getting addicted and weigh that up against living with your psychological condition. Or your medical power of attorney should weigh that up for you.

    It's very important to go to a psychiatrist (even though i still don't got to visit but maybe soon) because they might help you loosen up all the burdens you have inside you. There are certain things that you don't normally talk to your parents nor your family so having a psychiatric help will help you ease those things.
    It's also great to learn that south Korea is now opening up to the topics that are taboo before like this one. Mental health is really important and some other things.

    I just want to point out that😂people that work in this field . Psychologist or psychiatrist etc. They tend to read people on first meet basis😂😂its a habit so i bet on my whole life that if you ever meet this type of person. He or she already figure you out in just 3 mins even if you didnt say any word . Posture and facial expression give it all out.😂i know this because i stuck with that habit. Read people

      I think it's a bit hypocritical too but appearance is smth we can see on the outside, mental health is usually first internal so just due to that they may feel one doctor is "safer" than the other
