Loan defaulters ko milega kya

Sir what is the age limit for the person on which name the agency is going to register. I mean maximum age limit matters here? My father has a 68 year age and according to his experience I have to take a license on his name.

its not about security agency.
Private Investigation agencies are legal in India as there is no law to regulate them. However, The Private Detective Regulation Bill, 2007 was introduced to prevent them to get involved in illegal activities but it is still pending to be passed in parliament.
