No where does Allah say in Quran follow sahaba terrible interpretation of the ayaat.Allah makes unequivocally clear no one is to be followed except Allah and his messenger Muhammad and Allah says he is the best of examples.

Following the messenger is the Quran today because that is what was given to him and what he delivered and warned by and judged by, not my opinion but what Allah says in Quran.

Let me challenge this shamsi. In the Quran it also says we should love ahlu bayt and not sahabas yes follow them (sahabas) who are righteous. Wives of the prophet are not ahlu bayt according to sunni sources. Not a sahabi said that its a tabiee who started said that wives of the prophet are ahlu bayt.
