I say quite the opposite would be the one who will join Dio just to make his life impossible. Just for the fact that Kira reminds him of the Kira/Josuke from his universe, who stole his fruit, girlfriend and money. He would not kill him at the request of others, since he is the one who takes care of the housework and buying the food, but it will be difficult for him to live with someone who looks like his enemy.
