I'm a 60 year old guy who has been run/walking around 9 to 10 miles per day for the last 3 weeks, together with some pullups, dips, dumbbell farmer's walks, etc., plus being mindful about my eating, and I'm loving how it makes me feel, as well as the results! However, I am a teacher at a Community College who is on Christmas break, so I was thinking to myself, will I realistically maintain something like what I'm doing now, once I get back to work in January? I realized the answer is yes, but only if I can start getting up earlier! Your video reminded me of the fundamental truth that I either decide to do it or I don't ... and it will suck at times! Plus, your other tips are helpful too, so thank you! 😊👊
Thank you for the comment! Exactly as you’ve identified, only you can decide whether or not you’re able to sustain it. Ultimately, you’ve already answered yourself with "Yes." If you need more time in the day, as you mentioned, waking up earlier is the way to go. The choice is simple: either "Do" or "Don't." You already have the answers-now it’s just about making it happen!
