I agree. Both Pieck and Jean are very smart and can see things people can not notice. Jean described Liberio attack not as a victory as a beginng of endless war, while Pieck knew battle of Salta fort is the end of Titans utility and Marley could soon exterminate problematic Eldians. Moreover Pieck also has long black hair and actrobatic skills similar to Mikasa's.
