This is my mom and I want to be just like her! I watched her my whole life but have never felt so far away from being like her! I feel stuck and I don’t know how to do anything else! Just stuck! My mom had a prayer room when I was little and no one was allowed in there unless it was Christmas or something really special like my baby shower unless they were praying. I always went in that room with her and we listened to gospel albums and prayed on our knees. It was always the two of us in there together. I was doing what she was doing. She would let me listen to “He’s still working on me” by The Carpenters over and over again . She didn’t care what song was playing even after the 100th time she only cared what we were doing in there which was spending time with God and praying. I loved that room as it was so peaceful. Parents take note, your children are watching you and following your lead even when we don’t realize. I’m 50 and I remember every detail about the times we spent in her prayer room! My mom has faith that can move mountains and has! I just can’t get there. I’m honored that my mom is chosen as many are called but few are chosen! I’ll find my path eventually. Right when I think I’m on my way the devil knocks me off but my moms feet are cemented in her path and no matter how hard Satan has tried he can’t knock her down without her getting right back up! I admire my mom most in the world and thank God for her! ❤❤❤

I've been walking alone for a few years and I never understood why. I go to church but I have no one there that I can truly call a friend. I shared in Bible study I was going through something and not one person reached out but they reached out to others. Within weeks of that happening I felt free suddenly. For a very long time even till now I heard the voice of God telling me this) I'm his chosen. Even as a child, growing up that I'm chosen by God. My childhood Pastor had a vision of Jesus telling him to tell me this, Anoint me, and if I accept being chosen, I was honored to do so, it comes with a great price. It took me a while to understand it all. Even though I accept being chosen, like the 12 disciples, I didn't quite understand being chosen. It's alot of rejection we get from people. They don't understand the importance, the mantel God has placed on our lives. It's his Love, Grace and Mercy we carry as his special ones. It's not an easy road, it's the only best way to give him Glory though our lives. It's to strengthen our faith in him. This anointing isn't for us in a way, it's for others for his Glory. He is a purposeful God. He know us from the beginning and so on. He gives his toughest battles to his strongest soldiers. This just about brought me to tears. I remember being in the hospital terrified over my baby’s health condition and saying this to myself. It’s me and God. When I was young - my youngest child had a significant seizure disorder that was very rare. Initially family members would go to the hospital with me when my Kimber needed to go. Eventually that fell off as her condition was chronic and we had to go to the ER constantly. I was alone. My husband was a long haul truck driver. I remember coming to the realization then that God was truly all I needed to get through it and indeed He was all I had and all I needed. I was stretched so often beyond what I was humanly able to handle. Her condition was devastating and my son who was also only 5 at the time was off the charts ADHD. It was a hard time. I lost her at 3 1/2 years. I didn’t grow bitter. I leaned into the relationship with Jesus and he sustained me. I became a bit of a loner. I’ve always had complex situations in life and I I can’t pretend and talk about recipes and make small talk when I’m going through catastrophic events. I don’t understand but just trust that God will show me why in heaven. This really touched me to hear that I am never alone without God.

I don’t understand the statement because the presence of God comes from HIM, when HE GIVES it to us>in his timing. we can’t demand it we can’t create it or ‘summon’ it….We can pray, we can be alone and pray and meditate and reach out to him, in our minds. We can read His word…..but PLEASE don’t EXPECT Gods presence to come in YOUR time…Pray for HIS WILL to be done, not your own!!!

@CatherineMarchildon-gu9vs I'm so sorry you are going through this.I can relate because 3 years ago I had pneumonia and spent a week in the hospital.Also I had gotten dental cellulitis several yrs before and my teeth started cracking and it was awful.I had no dental and went to a free clinic.They pulled a couple of teeth and my face and head swelled awful.I had to have surgery and they had to scrape the bone and then they had a hard time stopping the bleeding.I am still here and thankful to God.I pray for you that you receive a miracle from God in Jesus name I believe it will be so.God bless you and protect you! I've been walking alone for a few years and I never understood why. I go to church but I have no one there that I can truly call a friend. I shared in Bible study I was going through something and not one person reached out but they reached out to others. Within weeks of that happening I felt free suddenly. For a very long time even till now I heard the voice of God telling me this) I'm his chosen. Even as a child, growing up that I'm chosen by God. My childhood Pastor had a vision of Jesus telling him to tell me this, Anoint me, and if I accept being chosen, I was honored to do so, it comes with a great price. It took me a while to understand it all. Even though I accept being chosen, like the 12 disciples, I didn't quite understand being chosen. It's alot of rejection we get from people. They don't understand the importance, the mantel God has placed on our lives. It's his Love, Grace and Mercy we carry as his special ones. It's not an easy road, it's the only best way to give him Glory though our lives. It's to strengthen our faith in him. This anointing isn't for us in a way, it's for others for his Glory. He is a purposeful God. He know us from the beginning and so on. He gives his toughest battles to his strongest soldiers. This just about brought me to tears. I remember being in the hospital terrified over my baby’s health condition and saying this to myself. It’s me and God. When I was young - my youngest child had a significant seizure disorder that was very rare. Initially family members would go to the hospital with me when my Kimber needed to go. Eventually that fell off as her condition was chronic and we had to go to the ER constantly. I was alone. My husband was a long haul truck driver. I remember coming to the realization then that God was truly all I needed to get through it and indeed He was all I had and all I needed. I was stretched so often beyond what I was humanly able to handle. Her condition was devastating and my son who was also only 5 at the time was off the charts ADHD. It was a hard time. I lost her at 3 1/2 years. I didn’t grow bitter. I leaned into the relationship with Jesus and he sustained me. I became a bit of a loner. I’ve always had complex situations in life and I I can’t pretend and talk about recipes and make small talk when I’m going through catastrophic events. I don’t understand but just trust that God will show me why in heaven. This really touched me to hear that I am never alone without God.

@CatherineMarchildon-gu9vs I'm so sorry you are going through this.I can relate because 3 years ago I had pneumonia and spent a week in the hospital.Also I had gotten dental cellulitis several yrs before and my teeth started cracking and it was awful.I had no dental and went to a free clinic.They pulled a couple of teeth and my face and head swelled awful.I had to have surgery and they had to scrape the bone and then they had a hard time stopping the bleeding.I am still here and thankful to God.I pray for you that you receive a miracle from God in Jesus name I believe it will be so.God bless you and protect you!
