Hard Reset LG D855 G3 , Factory Reset

Factory settings by using a keys combination
Press Volume Down button and Power button.
When the LG logo is displayed, let go of the power button and keep pressing the volume down key, then press once more the Power button.
On your screen will show factory reset menu .
