ISM Backpack 3 Years Later: Still a Timeless Favourite (2021)

3 Years Later, I'm still rocking the ISM backpack as my contemporary styled backpack when I'm in the city editing on the fly. This is still an amazing bag - aesthetically pleasing, mindful and considered in the details and knows what it is and what it isn't. This isn't bursting at the seams where you pack like crazy but is excellent for the minimalist, the essentialist and the core.
I also have my hands on the smaller backpack so you can see the difference and while I would say it's much more suited to females, guys may still find this worth considering if it fits your dimensions. Here is the ISM backpack 3 Years Later at the end of 2021!

are the shoulder pads comfortable?

Depending on your bag load a typical will be fine for the day. Under heavy load it may start to dig in the shoulder but the more you use it the less rigid it feels.

ISM backpack is nice, but do someone know how to contact them? Ive purchased a bag a week ago and until now, there is no clear update from them. Ive already paid and Im not sure if the order will be fulfilled. Emailed and chat them many times but no response.

It doesn't fit the 14, I have the big one and it fits exactly on my 15"
