Thank you for watching my video it means alot to me, I think you are an upstanding business and you offer a nice product at a great price, and you're customer service is outstanding, I will continue to tell people about the products you offer and I still continue to use my pipe pouch roll on a daily basis and it's a great product, if you offer the pipe roll for sale as a stand alone option I'm sure you would have many sales, also alot of people on the LEAPS face book page love you're pipes and they come highly recommended so you must be doing something right, thanks for being a great company and keeping a great reputation, you have my support, if you could upgrade the pipes to a cheap but quality briar pipe like a basket pipe style you're kit would be the best deal on the market. I agree with pipedreams. A basket or rustic unfinished (thinking something similar to Bones pipes ) briar pipe ( thinking Italy) might be inexpensive enough (considering the volume purchased) to keep the kit around the same price and would elevate the product quite a bit. Another thought is replacing the Chinese pipe with a nice cob or two from Missouri Meerschaum, possibly offer a few choices , team up with Missouri Meerschaum etc.
I have the same pouch and it’s awesome, when mine came in the pipe had a hairline crack they sent me a new pipe no problem, tried the pipe and it’s great , works very well and it is wood . Hit the pouch with a hairdryer it works wonders. thanks for video, enjoy brother.
Love the roll so much, bought my Pop one for Xmas last year. Pipe very sturdy and smokes fine. But now you're freaking me out that it could be plastic. Guess I need a new pipe.

I bought two kits. I did not have any issues with the pipes. I bought it thru Amazon. I smoked the pipes. Why do you suspect that that there is a issue with the pipe wood? Have you contacted Whitlucks. I love my two kits. The pouches were not over waxed. A great product.

As far as the wood it's common for cheaper pipe manufacturers to use wood that is not Briar or other Woods acceptable for pipe smoking and may release toxic substances when used, a lot of times those pipes will be listed as ebony but it's fine if you enjoy them and feel comfortable using them I'm glad you enjoy it, happy piping, cheers 🥂
i just ordered this for the canvas roll. hoping it holds up. im outdoors constantly and have had no luck with leather zip up pouches lasting very long.
Mine is still holding up really well, i don't use it "all the time" but so far it's still been a great product, 👌 I hope you enjoy yours and thanks for watching, happy piping cheers.
I got the kit and love the canvas but the pipe is ok but the draw is to restricted and is not correctly aligned. I will run a drill through it , but did not buy it for the pipe.

love the case, the pipe itself cracked in two places after the 2nd time using it.

nice review we also have one and the roll is nice quality but my wife and I put our pipe and accessories in it.
