Mix a little 'dump' find with a thrift find... and you get a classically beautiful decor piece for under $5. Who can beat that?
I keep rolls of wrapping paper on hand specifically for projects (and not gift giving) so keep it in mind when you come across a particularly lovely paper and set it aside for a future need!!
