Do Snuffle Mats or Grass Provide Better Mental Stimulation?

I've been using a snuffle mat to feed Jack to provide mental stimulation and slow him down when he eats for a few weeks now. I only use it about once a week, because it takes a bit of effort to use and I'm pretty darn lazy.
