    From what I've seen in my life, this is by far the best single stream recycles swamper ever to have run the streets! Great job once again Aaron, really enjoying the series!
    This is a great way of documenting manual collection as its slowly fading away...

    I give this guy props. I’m the same way but I’m slightly slower because I do make sure the cans are out of the way of yard waste and recycle. This is a way to get shit talked about you at work

      Did this for 3 years. I wasn't a bodybuilder after those years, but I gained some serious muscles and endurance.
      It might be a dirty, shitty and ungrateful job at times, but I absolutely loved it.

    I worked recycling for nearly 9 years in the UK. When I started we used to run round like this. Always finished by like 11:30 or so. However as the years went by the job changed so much. Recycling boxes went in favour of chipped wheelie bins. All the new trucks come complete with 6 cctv cameras and running became a disciplinary offence. Taking breaks was a requirement. I understand it's all necessary for the growing nature of health and safety, but turned the job into a slow experience with like 2:30-3 o'clock finish.

    • @rororose1903
      @rororose1903 7 років тому

      2:30 - 3 o'clock finishes sounds good nowadays. I work in the niagara region contract also for shitty EMTERRABLE. I hustle all day and don't see my wife and baby until 6-7 pm on average without having to commute.

      Its getting the same in Qc Canada not allowed to run - not allowed to jump on a moving truck - not allowed to drop until truck is stopped. Not more than 50 pound per hand etc etc. i made a video montage on my chanel( about 2 days ago) and cheer!

    I really like how clean he is, the other crews you filmed seem to spend a lot of time cleaning up scraps. But this guy is the best of both worlds, quick and clean. That's not easy to do either. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying the other guys are "messy" because they do clean up anything that spills, but this guy doesn't seem to spill anything. I'm truly impressed. Reminds me of some of the guys I worked with at AAA Trash. Great job on this video and damn good work by David.

    Even though this looks like a regular "garbage truck", some companies will use trucks like this solely for recycling collection. It may look as though they are mixing trash and recycling due to the trucks looking the same, but in fact they are not. Hope this helps.
