I love the family support. The entire family went and were there for him. The children are wonderful, confident people. It’s all due to good parenting. The entire family is 🔥🔥🔥
All of the Grimwade Children are articulate & have an above average level of emotional intelligence. You can tell that Rue was upset (disappointed), but I love how mom & dad stood as one & prepared him by deferring their final decision to _"we don't think it's a good idea, but we'll ask."_ After asking, you could see he (Reu) wanted a different answer & looked/listened for several opinions. Never acted out. Then, after hearing everyone, processed the "not yet" and made peace with it. What an incredible demonstration of emotional control, and on his birthday. Many other kids would have felt privileged, especially on their birthday, despite reasoning. Beautiful Hearts, the entire family. 💜 May they always be blessed & protected.
