I think we're all pleased to see Freddie back in cricket. Whether or not he takes the England job, the sport is a much better place with him still involved.
Good to see Freddie back on the screen. I know there was a period after his accident and the injuries that occurred as a result, that he didn't feel comfortable being filmed. So I'm glad to see that he seems to be becoming comfortable in own skin again 👍
Great to see you back and looking relaxed Freddie. I'm sure you still have difficult days, but everyone's right behind you and wishing you and all your family all the best with your future endeavours. I'm a Lancashire lad living in Yorkshire and I'm absolutely certain the Yorkies will give a fantastic reception and bucket loads of support.
Absolutely love Freddie. My hero as a kid, and I've loved following his TV career. Such a shame TV have lost him, but cricket have gained a MASSIVE talent!
Brilliant to see Freddie back involved in the game and how it's helped his recovery. Crossy is excellent too as an interviewer and pundit and a stunning lady.
Great to see Freddie looking and sounding so well. Hope he stays strong and his recovery continues 🙏🏻 And yes, he would have smashed the hundred format 🔥👌🏻
Looking good freddy big man, great to see you back on the TV and encouraging the young folk away from all the crap that's happening nowadays, hats off and keep it up 👌
Take care mate..you are a great sportsman...kids looking out for you,you will surely overcome this temporary set back and for sure get back to full recovery for sure stay Blessed
Just gotta say Freddie still looks very handsome and his scars are nowhere near as bad as he probably thinks. Im sure the mental trauma is the real problem but hopefully time will heal this! I saw him years ago with his kids at a gbmaa comp when my kids were attending. (Ps im happily married so just stating fact)😂 Hes funny and handsome and really does look just fine! God bless Freddie, keep healing
Gotta add, although not as serious as freddies accident, I dislocated my left knee at gbmaa class at 38. Took 3 full years to walk properly again( I never thought Id even be able to cross my legs) I had proper ptsd training again , lots of fear but time has healed. Really truly rooting for u Freddie! You'll be ok !!😊
He used to have stubble most of the time which also makes him look different. If he grew out his stubble again then he'd probably look more like the pre-crash Fred. I can only assume it's patchy because of the scarring, so he clean shaves now.
Great interview but ruined by the number of cuts. A change of perspective every few seconds is not clever editing - it's just hugely irritating. Please do not do this!!!
It’s the era of entertainment we live in, split second editing - blame modern action movies James Bond, Bourne series - its actually affected our ability to focus amongst other things…
@@neesense258Completely agree. Most modern action films are crap. Car chases, fights, are mostly 1 second repeated cuts, shaky camera shots. Makes you feel dizzy trying to see what is actually happening..Cheaper than choreographing a scene and doing the action stunts filmed from wide angle.
Not a fan of the Hundred in terms of a format. When we already have 20/20 as a short form of the game. But absolutely brilliant to see Freddie involved.
A crash filming for Top Gear a year or so ago. Looks like they had to reconstruct part of his nose. Looks a lot better than I expected. He is doing well I think to be getting out again.
@@quaverboy63 yes everywhere. Own podcast with her “ friend “, interviewing people on Sky and the bbc, commentating on the cricket and offering her opinions to newspapers. She must have a good agent because she is a very average cricketer.
Accident whilst filming for top gear program. Open topped car he was driving turned over on a lap of a race track, he wasn’t wearing a helmet & apparently his face was dragged along the tarmac
Cricket is something I've never got into, I've never enjoyed it. But Freddie is a fantastic ambassador for the sport. Even though I have no affiliation for the sport, as a Yorkshireman, I'm proud to have him at the Chargers.

We all pleased he's just ok
@@Darren-gr4vtlook that should have never happened he should still be doing top gear but obviously when that happened he had enough
We've got multiple cameras and we're going to use all of them all of the time!
I got whiplash despite my head being still

😂😂😂Well played🎉
Whoever edited this needs sacking. Its horrible to watch.
So hard to relax watching that.

He will look like that for the rest of his life & he's obviously learnt to accept that. Good on him.
@@plodkinskyIf I didn't know what he looked like before hand he would just like like the average bloke. What a nasty comment!

Probably the warmest interview I have ever seen. Great to see Freddy back.
Between 2003-2005 Fred was awesome. Never forget the role he played at that time. Great memories.

It would be amazing to play under Freddie. Naturally charasmatic and i cant imagine not enjoying playing under him.

Well said both. Families are so important.
This man started my love for cricket, those ashes were some of the best sport ever played anywhere.
Absolute legend of the game . Lower order hitter who can bowl 145kph . Super funny guy as well. Good to see you recover well from that horrible injury

Does he get regeneration powers like Deadpool also?

100 is decent, need more overseas players though…where are the Aussies, Indians and South Africans?
indian men arern't allowed to play in anything other than the ipl. lot of aussies went to the states for major league cricket. dunno about the saffers
I believe that the T20 would benefit more from the international influx.
I understand this is just a youtube clip, but a little feedback is that the editing of shots in this clip is a bit jarring.
Agreed, it’s very jumpy. Doesn’t need to flick angles every 3 seconds

The cuts are nauseating
Looking more like Freddy Krueger.. what a nightmare that must have been for him.. it takes a strong man to bounce back from something like that.
