The only thing that bothers me is the bread laying on and touching the raw bacon. Plus he's using the same utensils to turn the bacon and bread. Cross contamination is a great way to end up on the toilet and or in a hospital. And that's not misinformation. that's fact.
Anyone know of one of these mexican hot dog stands in San Pedro/South Bay Area, San Pedro used to have one of these at every corner or bar in town, now post covid i haven't seen one I miss these guys...
Those soft, thin aluminum sheet pans are meant for indirect heat when baking. They are not meant to be used as a griddle. Burnt aluminum in your food is not healthy!
First off Mr. kitchen pro. Those are stainless steel sheet trays. And restaurants use them in salamander broilers and more. Which is direct heat. So stop your miss information. And get a grip. If you don’t want to eat it. You don’t have to nobody is forcing you to eat out.
@stevewyatt513 I'm not bashing him. In fact, I give him a lot of credit for his hard work! Maybe he could find a piece of stainless steel to lay inside the aluminum sheet pan.
I was thinking the same thing too.. those aluminum pans cannot be used for direct heat. 🤡 was saying they are stainless steel 😂 🤡 the best thing for this setup would be to get a sheet of cast iron or stainless steel.
Great filming!
LOOKS DELISH!!!!!!!! love vendors!!!!
