WOW THIS VIDEO IS DOING SO WELL! Thank you all for the love, this took me quite sometime to edit but you guys are showing me it was well worth it. More highly edited and educational guides will be coming ASAP. Any thing specific you would like me to tackle? feel free to let me know here!
Getting good at this game/being your best also means having to at least dip your toes in the community. My man Papi here, and half a dozen other really quality channels will all keep you up to date on what's going on in these ever changing hero shooters. It won't feel like a chore because these channels are pretty excellent. I love sitting on my deck, smoking a j while upping my game
One useful tip as a support that u prolly already know is try to use your ults to counter the other teams ults. Lets say they have a psylocke or storm. U can easily ruin or shut down their day with a good defense ult everytime they ult.
Yea same I was hard stuck plat 1 to plat 2 I was either in a 2 or 3 stack were I was dps and I would have a support and tank player in my party so we can balance it out. During gameplay I made multiple mistakes like out of position and just horrible whiffs on my aim that I would usually hit I was doing warmups and aim training it drastically helped I usually use Luna snow or iron for aim training because their movement can be very unpredictable and hard to read it helped me aim better on Hawkeye and I just recently picked up Bucky and my aim feels nice on him
@@ArturoSantamaría-m7otell your dps to take care of the person shooting at you and let your tank know about it so he can block the shots, don’t try to run because if u run your team will lose their healer and most likely lose the encounter
Play with a premade team because that alone is overpowered. Hopefully they add a solo queue and flex team queue later on because all I face is premades.
Do you think it's bad to play 2 roles consistently? for example i like playing Venom and Psylocke, sure having fun is the most important part, but i'd like to know if this will hurt my performance or if i should master only 1 role, what do you think?
It depends how much time your spending on the game. If ur only playing less than 10hrs a week. Then yes play ONE ROLE. But if you have 10+ hrs than there’s no reason to NOT play 2roles. Tank and duelist play similar roles believe it or not❤️
Title should’ve said GM these are the basics that apply to any game but are really some of the most important things you can do to just improve in general
Thank you for the comment🙏🏽❤️ I just set it for DIAMOND because me personally I’m not GM, and for respect for everyone I want to be transparent that I’m NOT some top tier player yet.
I got 10 hours on Susan storm she’s so good now that I know her a ton now my boy and I duo queue as healers he’s the best Jeff the shark I’ve played with. Game is so fun ranked is a roulette wheel with teammate that either don’t know what they are doing or play tank and don’t tank shots that just hit the backline when they dodge the shots like cod when you gotta be in front so healers can heal you better especially Susan storm
I’ve played so many matches both ranked and quick match that I’ve realized one thing; if you cannot communicate with your team (voice chat or text chat) or you don’t want to switch heroes if you are doing bad, it’s pretty much a guaranteed loss. This is a team-based game and I can’t stand it when players think they are actual heroes and run in trying to 1v6 the enemy team…
There’s def gonna be unwinnable games but that’s just the nature of the randomness of solo queing. It happens but in time the averages will be in your favor
It was 40 min of me YAPPING to my camera. full of talking errors and thinking of how to articulate the info. IM NEW to making yapping videos lol so im getting used to it. I thought this video would be atleast 15min long lol. ill get better
even tho it likely really is your teammates, always treat it like it is your fault and learn from your own mistakes. I’ve had several games as a moon knight where my team was doing fuck all but I’d pop my ult just right and wipe the team a few times a game and get the payload pushed
hey papi, found your channel fresh, realy good tips, i never been a pro or something, but always i go practice mode first before playing the game so atleast i done 1 thing right :D followed you on twich, i hope i won the battle pass cause i live in turkey and battle pass is 350 tl for me :D keep up good work, vid wasnt so long, dont worry about it :D Edit : Im getting hard time to find my mouse sensivity level, always moving around 3.50 -5.50 and after a while i mess up so hard, losing every progress i make. Do you have any suggestions?
TY for the heartfelt comment! i appreciate that i earned you sub! As for your sens, its of course personal preference. But as long as you can turn 180 degrees in a timely manner your sense should be fine. Depending on what kind of heroes you play, aim heres require a slower sense than MELE heroes. I can make a guide on this topic alone, which ill do soon
@@ItsPapiDiego mostly im playing sup, cause every team needs a good sup so im trying to master all of em. Mostly playing dagger and invisible woman. When im at practice, im taking ranged heroes to get better aim, but still i cant instantly aim where i want to.
Some games can be unwinnable, but EVERYGAME there’s always something you can fix. Majority of your losses there’s alotta mistakes you can fix. I suggest if ur doing fairly well, add more friends and start stacking
I aim train on super fast before every setting(had no idea people can’t actually move that fast)…..then I was wondering why people are so easy to hit after
Dps always getting blamed ( understandable) Tank is gonna tank ( take damage ). Healer will heal ( usually. ) If you fairly analyze things: Sometimes tank plays dumb, dies, heat goes on dps. Or Healer plays dumb, dies, blame goes on dps. Sometimes: the other teams aim or map knowledge is bad ass, and the dps gets blamed.
I still need to learn a tank bevore i go ranked, i want to know at least one or two of every class. I got wanda and starlord for dps Jeff and rocket for Support And i want to try dr strange for tank
I feel bad for the player I teamed up with on solo queue yesterday. Before the match started, another player called him out, saying ""[Player name] is bad." This is my first time playing a hero shooter, so I'm still getting used to the culture (or the negative side of it). Anyway, during the entire match, these two players had their back and forth and ended up cursing at each other. The thing is, yes, the "bad" player in question got 0 kills and about 6 deaths, so maybe it's true. But, being called out even before a match begins is unnecessary. Sigh...
Go for the backline and try to isolate healers, kill one or two, then escape and use your meditate. Iron fist should dominate bronze if you learn this and I’m basically just rephrasing what what said about divers in this video Hope this helps!
as a healer main, iron man is hard to heal, you must Left shift and flee, found a health pack and return to fight. Thats why ur bronze, ur depending on others and want to do constant damage. You need to heal yourself, depend on yourself and reset.
I feel your pain man has. Iron man with 60 kills last night didn’t get on the point once when it was needed. But that’s just how ranked is rn roulette wheel with randoms best thing is find some people each match that are good add them as friends and invite them to your party if possible
nah man, you have to be careful with blaming yourself for everything. That can turn against you very easily in every toxic way. And I think you can achieve a balance for that without having to blame yourself for everything
While I absolutely agree people need to take accountability for their own play, I disagree with the "everything is your fault" philosophy. Recognizing situations in which you made the correct decision but there was nothing you could have done to prevent the loss due to your other teammates decisions is equally as important as analyzing ones own mistakes.
That last tip is horseshit. This isn’t a FFA game. It requires a team. 1 person cannot beat a team no matter how cracked they are. Stop using that misinformation as a buzzword.
Competitive matchmaking in this game is bull. It allows premade teams to dominate over solo queuers and it’s plagued by the same instalock duelist crap that always happens. They make people scared of playing competitive and instead of fixing any of these problems they don’t say anything or say “role queue is not going to happen” or “duelist will be our main focus” even though like 70% of the characters are already duelists.
Whats the tip for not getting matched with brain dead bot teamates? Made it to gold 1 in season 0 but now im stuck in silver where after my first game I end up on bot teams where we just get shit on instantly for 5-6 matches in a row
I hit diamond last season and so far this season is nothing but throwers every match I’m on I’m having to report people For literally quitting and standing in spawn throwing the game wtf is this
Good tips but the final one is the real tip. Stop blaming instalockers or elo hell. It's you. The only way to climb is for you to make a difference every game. You carry or you choke.
Brother how can i as a support stop tanks to walk out way to far or around corners beyond healing range while i ping to group up and get ignored or have people switch out their 0/12 Hawkeye for a counter pick to stop divers in the backline? How is that my fault? I'm tired, boss.
@dutchielander2478 sorry bro I main raccoon and warlock and have a 60% win rate. It's no one else's fault but your own that you keep losing. Literally just play better and you will win more. It's that simple.
Question. How long should you do vod review on your own game and how many time per day so it is actually affective? Do we also have to look at our death mistakes only and not watch the whole 20-30min match?
bro I just want to get to gold... these vids about stuff GM should do is crazy. nothing helps, no matter when I spend 8h a day training, when some dipshit instalocks widow and throws... and that is pty much every second game in bronze...
