You don't need Good Lock to do this. It's already built into Samsung phones. Swipe the edge of your hand from left to right or right to left over the screen. It's that simple. You can set this up in SETTINGS==>ADVANCED FEATURES==>MOTIONS AND GESTURES==>PALM SWIPE TO CAPTURE

I use the opposite gesture... swipe up for screenshot and swipe down for notification panel. But a really handy GoodLock module indeed

It's not very accurate option in notification bar is better than palm swipe and edge panel is also a good option

How to disable default system navigation gestures ? After turning side gestures from good lock on?
Go in settings app and search/type navigation, tap the first category that pop up , and choose buttons or swipe up gestures.
