      I like to marinate my chicken with mala na viungo for a minimum of 3 hours then I boil it later Naongeza onions and tomatoes

    Cooking is an art I say.....but hapo kwa colour be using tumeric powder it brings out nice yellow.....

      Turmeric itafanya mchele wote uwe yellow. Wali wa biri unafaa uwe na yellow kwa tembe kadhaa za mchele, ndo mchele uwe na tembe za yellow na white

    Wow! Thanks 😊...you can also half cook your rice then put colour weka Moto yachini Sana iive mdogo mdogo, pia instead of hizo colours ..you can use red and yellow hoho squeeze it kupata natural color 😚 ....

      Yes. Also you can double the maji then bring rice to boil without covering. Maji ikireduce ifike rice level reduce heat & cover until cooked. That's next in my channel. PS, I also stopped boiling water just throw in rice na maisha inaendelea, save gas

    Instead of food color try tummeric powder or saffron spice/zafarani. Then do less water and always cover rice to allow the steam to cook it well. Msipate wali mashendea

    Good trial, the onion part was the only part that fully right the rest was 50% correct, 1 biriani spices ni zile hupika pilau all 5 types not any garam or paprika.! the meat has to be marinate with the spices for hours or overnight before cooking on low fire!, 2,you did not grind garlic, ginger and lemon into the sauce NOT ONIONS AND TOMATOES plz, the meat should be a golden glow before the yogurt is added!Plus raw pawpaw grinded and added before the yogurt !Lastly after the yogurt has boiled and blended u can add blended tomatoes or tomatoe paste and boiled eggs as an extra.TAFUTA WASWAHILI BWANA they will polish ur short comings but it was a very good trial, keep it up and do not be offended ukichambuliwa kidogo

    Biryani ya Milly inakaa dope, simple but sure...time ya sijui oh marination, oh spices zote, tomato paste akuna. Use what you have na go with it.

    For the colour you can also use turmeric or saffron and instead of water unaeza tumia little rose water for a nice aroma

    Loove the recipe. Wacha nitishe mtu wangu na hii leo. The only thing l will change is food color because tuko over 35 na tuliiona tuenda nashoro kabisa. Will try turmeric and water solution instead.

    Try the white onions, they have more flavour than the red ones, typically red onions are meant for salad.

    I think she should have boiled the kuku kiasi before adding the sauce and also the water on rice was a lot ...to make it one one soak it for 20 mins before boiling ..the food color wasn't enough but over roll it looked ok..
