The demo maker tried to sing while envisioning what would go well for the artist in question. I remember listening to a demo of some Girl's Generation song. Somebody had pointed out how awkward the demo singer sound cuz of some shrill/deep voice parts. But it fit perfectly with the members who had sharper or deeper/stronger voice perfectly in the final song.
I had always wonder why it was so sad and melancholy when i listen to psycho, now i know why. The lyrics is so good, i love the part "the tears on my phone but the symptoms in my heart", the transition between pre-chorus and chorus here is better. But i love red velvet's vocal and their verse production, future bass take the song to a new level!
