It's time for me to share a [LEGENDARY] moment with you again! I'm facing HawK on Tidehunters in a classic Orc vs Human matchup! Both of us go for mass ranged dps, and if you like constant skirmishing, harass, and a cathartic, dust sprinkled ending, this game is for you!

Most epic game I've seen in a while! Kinda think u started spoiling stuff in the intro tho :( so I skipped to the game

Loving the intros after you took on that feedback Grubby! Just enough of a teaser to give us an idea of what goes down, but not enough to give anything away. Really gives that personal touch that makes this whole experience much more immersive. Work work!

i’ve played a few w3c matches lately after a long time away and noticed HHs are the meta now. When and why did that happen? I am excited bc they are my favorite unit in the game!

They got a sizeable range boost 18 months or so ago and that made them a lot more viable as they can actually do so level of focus fire
So many good blocks this game to stop the MK from getting to heroes and other units.

Amazing game, Grub. Tomorrow is my birthday, so thanks for the gift. The best gift ever would be to watch my favorite player ever make a historic comeback and win WGL to add to his WCG and ESL wins or, at least, have that #1 Grandmaster rank in CL. I will never be able to be #1 in the World at my favorite game ever(the best I could do was level 46 on the old Bnet ladder and now, "adept" in CL. Which is above diamond but way below pro level. ), despite years and years of practice. I am just not fast with my fingers enough. But I can cheer my favorite player ever and vicariously enjoy his wins. Thank you, thank you, for playing top-tier competition again. Yes, Hawk is top #3 in Europe, behind only Happy and Foggy. I was so tired of watching you demolish platinum and diamond-level players in requests that were fun but with predictible results. I am looking forward to you battling Moon again, or having those epic mirror matches with Lyn. You practice and take the rust off, and then you will be right up there as top #5 Western players with Happy, Hitman, Foggy and Hawk. Then a year from now your skills are back to 2005-09 level, and you successfully defeat Happy in a BO% to be the #1 Western player. Then you start playing BO5 against the Asian masters, and re-establish your old rivalry with Lyn, and a new one with Infi. Moon is the final boss(as always).

I kinda like the twitch chat not gonna lie lol. It would be cool if you could have like video layers you can turn on and off at will.
@@tim.e.l Just so long as I can turn it off lol. I find it distracts me from the game even though I don't care what they're saying
@@scottymeffz5025 True. Sometimes I like it and sometimes it is distracting, so yea if you could toggle it on/off that would be cool.
I like seeing what chat is talking about sometimes because sometimes they teach me stuff and I can see what Grubby is responding to.
I guess I could go to Twitch and go find the VOD there if I really wanted to.

This was a massacre! So many units died during the game. Hawk had a weird playstyle with mk. He never used clap, only bolt.

Can we get a guide on mirror matches and unit composition decisions? Especially in orc Vs orc which feels ultra slug fest due to low magic damage and great anti air units

It has pros and cons. Kodo is tankier and keep you alive when you fall behind. 7:30 I feel his Farseer can stay at human’s base and keep harassing.

Speaking of magic damage shaman, the historical efforts to balance the game has really screwed with the game's internal consistency and lore. Huntresses were medium, then heavy, then unarmored.
