Bihar Stadium should have capacity for 1 lakh people atleast. Because Bihar has lots of people compared to most places in India. Just look at Bihar's population density. It's understandable that many people in Bihar are poor so might not be able to afford cricket tickets but you never know. So you must have more capacity.
