Hi, from what i know, applicant should show a proof of medical certificate or report that prevents the applicant to get a vaccine. US requires certain vaccination and if you are not immunized,expect that you will receive this vaccines during your medical exam

Hello po! Yes po magpaschedule na po kayo. Yes po 2 days ang medical unless may makitang problem sa medical nyo, dun lang kayo matatagalan. Otherwise, mabilis lang po. Sila na din magtatransmit ng result to USEM

Why do they scan the chest? What happens if you fail?
Hi! They need to check if you have active or latent TB infection. In case they find something strange on your Chest Xray, they will ask you to have sputum exam. If the result is negative, you can proceed with the medica. If otherwise, you might need 6months of treatment.

Sa weight po ay wala naman. Particular ang US sa mga communicable diseases like TB and HepB. Walang electrolyte lab test like cholesterol,walang ganun po. Regarding tattoo naman po, walang po ung bearing. Basta clear kayo sa medical and mameet nyo ung requirements ng USEM, ok po yun.

Hello po! Thank you for this informative video! We scheduled a medical appointment for my mom but she does not have an Interview date yet. The SLEC website let us register kahit na wala pa kaming ID. Will they still accept us when we go to the appointment kahit wala pa kaming ID? Di naman po kasi required sa online registration ng SLEC yung ID. Nasa US embassy na po kasi sa Manila yung petition for my mom and nasa final processing na po per their last email saamin, kaya naisipan po namin na magpaschedule for medical to get that out of the way.
Yes,pwede magpa medical kahit walang pang interview schedule. Just remember na 6mos ung validity ng medical result if walang finfings. 3 mos naman po if may nakita sa xray or nirequire magsputum exam

@@chelynangeles1293 mahirap pong sagutin yan,sa totoo lang. Kasi wala pa po akong kilala na hepB positive na nakaalis from ph to us. Pero kung pagbabasehan dn po ung nasa website ng US embassy, maari pong hindi makaalis ung positive sa HepB.
May nabasa naman po ako sa ibang forums na pwede naman dw po basta may medication na tinatake.
Pero kagaya nga po ng sabi ko, wala pa po akong nakilala na hepb positive na nakapunta sa US.

As per SLEC po:
For medical reports with no significant findings, the report is valid for 6 months starting from the date of the medical exam.
For those who undergo TB screening, the validity is only 3 months starting from the date of the MTB culture results.
So kung tingin nyo po mabibigyab kayo agad ng appointment letter sa embassy pwede kayo magpaschedule na ng medical pero I highly suggest to wait for interview schedule firat before mag pamedical. Sayang dn po kasi kung maeexpire ung medical nyo kasi uulit uli kayo

May expiration po ang medical result. 2 weeks po ung advice ko to make sure lang po matransmit ng SLEC ung report and matagal po ang mga appointment ngaun. You can even do medical exam 3days before your interview.
Validity of medical reports may range from 3 months to 6 months depending on the classification.

As per SLEC, 3 days within medical appointment po. Nag pa swab kami ng December 20, narelease ang result ng December 21 then December 22 po yung medical.

I think mam ung result talaga po ay tinatransmit ni SLEC to USEM. Wala po kasing binigay na result sa amin nung nagpamedical kami. Vaccination worksheet lang ung binigay sa amin after ng 2nd day ng medical

Ung dependents po ay hindi matutuloy for interview unless clear po sa medical.ung principal applicant po ay pwede tumuloy ng interview kung gusto nya makaalis agad.pero choice po ng dependent kung gusto nya mauna kasi usually pag for medication 6mos po un. Then 6mos naman validity ng visa.

Starting October 1, 2021:
Applicants who have received COVID-19 vaccination should provide the proper documentation of their vaccination.
Applicants who have received only 1 dose prior to the medical and the 2nd dose is due for administration at the time of the medical examination, applicant has to complete the 2nd dose first before we can release the medical report. If the 2nd dose is not yet due at the time of the examination, then the medical exam can be completed with a blanket waiver stating that there is "insufficient time" to complete the series.
Applicants who receive the Janssen COVID-19 vaccine may proceed with their medical examination.
Applicants who do not have access to COVID-19 vaccines yet because of vaccine shortage can still proceed with their medical appointment. It would be helpful if they can provide a certification from their local health unit or barangay stating that the COVID vaccines are not yet available for them.
Applicants whose age is not yet appropriate for COVID-19 vaccination may proceed with the medical examination.
Applicants who cannot be given COVID-19 vaccine due to medical reasons (severe allergy or anaphylaxis reaction) may proceed with the medical examination. Kindly provide a certification from your doctor for the reason why vaccine was not given. Please note that asthma is not considered a contraindication to COVID-19 vaccine.

Hello po! Kung kayo lang po ung magpapamedical kayo lang po ung magfill up ng form. I dont think papayagan pumasok ung anak nyo kasi kung sinonlang ung may appointment sila lang pinapapasok.

Hello po! Yung wala na pong vaccination record, ok lang po. Bibigyan po ng age appropriate vaccines once na maclear po sa first day of medical. Pwede po kayo tumawag sa st.lukes and sabihin nyo po na may schedule na kayo ng interview. I do not recommend po na ipamove ung interview schedule kasi napaka tagal po magbigay ng ID ng embassy, and kung ipaparesched nyo baka matagal din. Kya twagan nyo po muna si slec.

Ang expiration po ng medical result ay 6 mos pag walang problem sa medical. 3 months naman po if nagpa sputum. So ok lang po if 1month before medical

Ung iba po nagpapamedical na then nagrerequest ng visa interview pero walang kasiguraduhan po na mabibigyan agad ng ID.
