Don´t pay double in Stockholm when Travel with Subway and Commuter train

This can easy happen if you have a long trip before change to other train in Stockholm and you ending up paying 42 sek extra for nothing.
Take subway and you end up after used 75 minutes ticket. It is still valued if you don't leave the entrance.
